When dropping my rig off on April 20th for its 24-month service, they asked, "Is it a gasser?" I replied, "No, its a diesel." I left them a detailed list of what services I needed done and expected to hear back within a week with an estimate (note I said within a week, I wasnt expecting overnight service). 15 days later, they called to tell me they werent equipped to work on diesels. 15 DAYS! They couldnt work on diesels! They knew it was a diesel from day 1! They gave me a quote for the services they could do and told me theyd get started the following Monday. I immediately called Alabama Diesel Services and set up a time to bring my rig in on Thursday. Thursday morning when I called Prattville RV to tell them we were picking it up, they had magically found time to fit it in their schedule. Almost as though they knew they were getting ready to lose our business and wanted to get what money they could out of us. When we picked it up after work that afternoon, I told the gentleman who checked me out that they should know we wouldnt be back. We dropped our rig off a full month before our next trip, they knew it was a diesel and dragged their feet getting us an estimate (of time or money), they knew up front they couldnt do the work we needed, and now we were in a time crunch and had to take it somewhere else. He told me Id been dealing with the owner, Kevin. Well, if the owner will treat you that way, how are you supposed to expect his employees to treat you? Take my advice, take your diesel to Alabama Diesel Services. Randy is amazing! He will talk through what you need done, tell you what hes going to do and do it right the first time.

I would say its bad but its just a typical repair shop. Watch your wallet youll probably be overcharged for labor but that is a common car repair experience so 3 stars.
