All in all we had a positive experience at Newton Motor Group. During our first we experience a minor issue. However, after we called and talked to Tim Green, he was very apologetic and worked hard to make sure that the problem was corrected. We returned as a result of his efforts and it was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. Aaron was our sales person and we found him to be very attentive to our needs. He listened to what we wanted and what we didnt want and tried hard to make sure that we got what we wanted. He was always polite and considerate. As a result of Tims efforts and Aarons professionalism we purchased the car we wanted and feel we got a good deal. We will not hesitate to refer others to this dealership.

This dealership and its staff stood out to me from the very beginning of my search for a new truck. Chad Geller not only reached out to me almost immediately, but he also recorded a video, by name, of the truck that I was interested in. This was not a generic marketing video that anyone could view and showed that they go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The sales manager Kris was also very engaged in the process of buying the vehicle. From my experiences in the past, I have rarely seen the sales manager, much less spoken to him. This is a great staff and I would recommend anyone from Murfreesboro to make the trip to Shelbyville and visit the Newton group when buying your next vehicle!

We recently bought a truck from this fantastic dealership. We decided we would shop for a minivan just a couple of months later. We called our favorite salesman, Stan, and within about an hour he found a great van at another location. By the next morning, the van was in Shelbyville for us to look at. We drove it, loved it and in no time we were on our way back to Nashville in it! This dealership is well worth the drive from Nashville. They have a no nonsense way of doing business so no time is wasted. I cannot say enough good things about Newton!

Wanted to look but avoid Sales people and just browse. Tim approached us and was very personable. Was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. We found Tim to be the absolute best sales person I have ever worked with for a vehicle. Answered all questions, did what he said and never ever pushy. Im not a big fan of dealerships but this one made my decision change. I arrived there with my boyfriend, seeing f I could get a trade in for my Jeep.
