STAY AWAY! If I could give this place no stars I would. I took my car here for A/C tune up my air was blowing out hot air. The guy that worked on my car told me that I needed a new compressor, condsenor, expansion valve, and a belt! That it would be about 1,400 to repair everything. Luckily, my car was still under warranty. I told him that I would double check to make sure my car was still under warranty and I would call him back. Well, I call him back and let him know that it was still under warranty. The lady that answers the phone tells me they dont work with warranty companies. Tried to get me to pay for it and just have my warranty company to reimburse me. So, long story short I end up taking my car to another car mechanic and they tell me that NOTHING is wrong with my car it just needed some freon! Are you kidding me? He didnt even put freon in my car like that receipt that he gave me said he did! I paid him over a hundred dollars for him to do nothing! He was trying to rip me off for 1,400! Explains why he didnt want to work with the warranty company.

I have been going to this location since before I owned a car, just riding with my father. I just carried on with the tradition when I grew big enough and started driving myself. I have NEVER had an issue with price or quality while I was there. One time I tested a different store with an oil change and afterword I had Precisions take a look to easy my mind. They found that the other store had badly cross-threaded my oil do-dad-thing and personally showed me so I could be sure. Then they drained my oil, repaired the do-dad-thing, and gave me fresh oil for free because I had gotten screwed by another mechanic place. I stand by this shop to this day.

I would recommend this shop to anyone I ran into.When you are broke down on the expressway the worse feelings you dread are that your going to be taken advantage of and end up with a bill that you know is over priced.The moment I arrived at the shop I was assured that wasnt going to happen and it didnt.I was stuck in town awaiting parts and one of the mechanics(Johnny) made sure I made it to a MOTEL and picked me up in the morning and brought me back to the shop.I really cant say enough about everyone,who made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole ordeal and that left satisfied and safe.

I went in to ask a question about buying a new battery for my VW beetle, because someone had recommended that I try Precision for a new battery. I was perfectly nice, but the guy at the counter was really rude, and said that whoever recommended precision to me doesnt know anything about the business and that he DOES, and that Precision doesnt work on Volkswagons! Very snooty about it, for whatever reason. I thought, well excuse me for trying! I wont go back, and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. There are way too many auto service places in Murfreesboro for someone to have an attitude like that!

My experience wasnt the best. Manager seems to have a grudge with you if you needed air in tire. The following was documented, because I was greeted with the occurrence of a time last year I had a low tire and pulled up to see if I could get a little air,. I had been trading with Jeff for some time,and the guy was going to charge me for labor to air a tire. Anyway I went back to them to have my oil changed and Jeff writes little notes on my window decals. Im going to be sure to have my oil changed else where. I found this to be to childish for a business

I used to get my car serviced here all the time when it was Master Tech. The service was great then, and it is great now. Jeff, the current owner, is a stand up christian guy. He always tells you the truth about what you do and do not need. I was always treated with respect, and was even given a military discount on my services. My wife and I now live 80 miles away, but we still go to Jeff for all our larger automobile services. I will be there on Thursday to have our Equinox serviced.

I dont recommend this place and this place over charge me for a radiator swap for my VW. I also called this shop before i came in and the said im not in the system, when i have called them before. Not happy with this place and i absolutely do not recommend going here for any business. They over price and not a really comfort place. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who wants to do business with them.

Omg! The rudest people on the earth, as we were walking to the front door of the building(the OPEN light was on and the bay doors were open) two white males closed the bay doors without acknowledging us at all.. As a business even if its getting close to closing time, you should still communicate that to ALL of your customers.. Horrible service!!

You cannot find a better group of employees or owners of any mechanics anywhere in Tenn! These guys will ALWAYS tell you the truth and wont try to sell you anything extra. Went there when Jeff (owner) was an employee and that has probably been at least 12 years ago. I NEVER went anywhere else for an oil change or anything mechanical

I have been using Precision Tune (MasterTech) for several years now. Sometimes it is difficult these days to find businesses that you can trust. It is also difficult to find businesses whose employees are more like good friends. You can literally call and ask these guys anything. They will help you out! Thanks Jeff !!!!!

Jeff was wonderful and made me feel confident about my car repair. He takes time to go over your options, even showing you the part that is being replaced so you know exactly whats being done. I called ahead and they had my car inside within 15 minutes and the repair was done while I waited. A+ service!

Cannot give less than one star. Took my car for an oil change a month ago. Oil light and check engine light came on last night. Took the car back up there to get it fixed under warranty. Waited for 6 hours, only to be told that they wont cover any warranty work and to come get my car.

Very solid and reliable spot. Service is good and prices are reasonable. Jeff was very nice and the mechanic went above and beyond. I feel so bad I cant remember his name. I want to say Max or Rick? Anyways, if you need work done this is as good as any but better than most.
