The mechanic just didnt want to do his job. Ive gone to Walmart for oil changes 3 times before. I took it in again, on a Saturday, and I was told my oil change was cancelled because there was oil all underneath my car. I took it home, jacked it up, and looked under the car. There was no oil anywhere under the car. Besides, all the fluids were full. Ill just take it elsewhere from now on.

You get what you pay for. They damaged the oil drain plug on not one but two cars (my husbands and mine) then refused to fix the issue they caused! Do not recommend at all! Save yourself the time, stress and money go somewhere else. My husbands car was damaged at Atlanta Ave and mine at Ann St so its not an isolated incident this what two seperate stores.

I called and told them what i needed and I was on the way, when I pulled up they had them ready and was so helpful with whatever I needed. Great customer service!
