The only reason Im giving 1 star is because the office assistant was very nice and cheerful. I took my car in for body damage, got a quick estimate and made an appointment to bring the car in. 2 days before I was to drop off the car AutoNation Collision Center (Mobile) asked if they could reschedule 2 weeks later. Reluctantly I did after I already made car rental plans. dropped car off and was given a pick up date. Car wasnt ready, so I told them I would return in a couple of hours, came back still not ready. Told my ride to leave, it took another 2 hours before I left. The next day something was wrong, I realized the driver door panel was the wrong color. AutoNation Collision Center (Mobile) install a door panel from another vehicle. I called the manager and he to bring it back in and they would swap them out. he also said he would refund $100 for my time. Door panel got swapped, no $100 refund was given. If they can miss the obvious what did or didnt they do to what I cant see? I recommend taking you vehicle elsewhere unless you like expensive shoty work with blind body shop employees. Also they didnt lack in the excuse department either, they were never to blame for anything.

Rachel really worked with me even when the dealership tried to go back on something they promised she held them to it. My car was in there a few times and every time they kept in contact they were very professional. They repainted my car under warranty gave me a lifetime warranty and even fixed a few bubbles in their defense it was winter when the paint was done they gave me no problems. The paint looked amazing afterwards. They are spot on with any body work problems and with high quality paint.

This place really cares about doing the job right. Jeremy and his crew really did a great job with communication up front, throughout and at the close of my auto repair. They are not going to take on a job that they cant get done right. I am a very particular car owner, and they did an *amazing* job on my Golf R.
