I recently had a small cosmetic repair done to my car from a hit and run with this company, my insurance company highly recommended them. I dropped my car off and picked it up a few days later. At first I saw nothing wrong, I did notice 3 separate receipts in my cup holder (gas, car wash, and a few drinks) from a near by gas station but was in a rush to get to the home. The next morning on my way to work I notice a big scratch approximately 5 inches toward the bottom of my windshield. I called the company to address the situation and ask if my car was taken off location. They denied it being taken off site, after mentioning the receipts they changed their tone and told me to come in. At the time I came in I did not have the receipts because my husband cleaned my car out for Memorial Day weekend and must have thrown them away. When I took my car to have it looked at the manager insinuated that it would only be taken care of if I came up with the receipts but without them I had no proof that my car was taken off site and consequently cracked my windshield.

I suspect that other review is by a worker or family friend. We were in an accident at no fault of our own and had our truck towed here to be repaired which was mainly the bumper. We get our truck back and have paint chipped all around the truck, especially on the roof. We know for a fact we didnt send it in this way. Of course they not going to own up to chipping our paint. I ask to see the pictures they took for insurance purposes of when the truck first come in. Their own pictures show the truck was not brought in with chipped paint. Avoid these people at all cost, especially if you have insurance. If you must go to this company for insurance purposes, they have two other branches out in west mobile and take your own personal pictures for your records. Its like having a bunch of McDonalds in one city, same company, but based on the location you get better service. This location is the "ghetto" of the three.

We had never been in an accident before and didnt know what to expect from the repair facility. They were very fast and courteous. We had a rental car and were on the road in under 45min. While we were signing rental paperwork they had already taken our car back for work. An hour later we had an email with full detailed quote. By the next morning the car was prepped and being worked on. Communication has been excellent and the quality of work appears to be great as well. Lifetime warranty on repairs as well numerous manufacturers certifications.

We got caught in a turf war with the insurance company and these guys are personable and will work with you. Ive had dealings with other body shops in Mobile and these guys are easily the best to work with.

Extremely pleased with Professional Collisions work. They had my car fixed quickly, the work was high quality, the staff was friendly, and they even cleaned my car and got some paint off my windows.
