they worked on my vehicle over one year ago and everything went fine. so of course i wanted to use them again when i needed repairs. i received an estimate from them on the same vehicle as before but they never sent the estimate to my insurance for payment. one month after the estimate they began repairs. no one contacted me regarding my vehicle or the status of repairs, i had to call them for any update i wanted. since i travel for my employer my car was "ready" but sat in their parking lot for 5 extra days since no one called me when they should have. unfortunately my wife was in an accident the week prior to my vehicle being "completed" and had to be towed to their facility due to mechanical damage that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. i received one phone call about her vehicle the entire time they had it in their posession. she went to check on its status the day after they said it may be finished and according to them, it was. after the she was verbally abused by an employee named Dale, she contacted me regarding the repairs and and more importantly, the damage caused to the vehicle while they had it, and the mechanical damage that was not repaired. they let my wife leave in a vehicle they knew was not fixed and remained unsafe to operate. this and the laundry list of what wasnt repaired along with new damage to both of our vehicles, i strongly recommend anyone to look for a different repair shop. our cars were there just days apart and the lack in quality and cutting corners is ridiculous. the management obviously has no concern for satifying the obligation they are being paid for, and if they let my wife unknowingly drive away in her vehicle that hadnt been repaired properly and was still not safe, imagine what theyve done to the customers and vehicles during the same time frame. look elsewhere for repairs. i wouldnt want to see or hear about anyone else going through what we are going through with this horrible "repair shop"

They have poor customer service. Unfortunately my car was totaled out and the insurance advise me to go by and get my things from the car but when I got there all my things were gone from the car and I mean all I had be robbed and I mean everything was gone from my glove box to the console down to a few pennies I had left. There was no need for them to be in my car searching to begin with when my car just had rearend damage. I would never such that anyone thake thier vehicle to them because it was a horrible experience from the beginning to the end. Do your homework before you chose this place.

These people are not really interested in fixing your vehicle. They only replace the body damage and make it look like it wasnt in an accident. Internally my car is still damaged but thats not their problem. They just make money off the insurance company that I paid for. Cant even pop the hood of my car because its stuck for some reason. And now my car is not even close to driving like it used to before the accident. Its been about 3 months since I got the car back. Wont be bringing any other vehicles there in the future. Im done.
