I would give it a 0 star if I could. Disrespectful and inconsiderate. Took my car in for an estimate on a damaged that a driver hit my car while it was parked. Anyways, i tried to explain my situation, especially when it is dealing with the insurance company. But They dont care about what you have to say or how it happened. The shop was overloaded with loud people. The mechanic was rude and ended up scratching my car side door by accident with his janitor keys hanging from his belt clip. To top it off got dirt and grease all over my steering wheel and car key. Mind you I have an very expensive Car. Lol the best part, I didnt even get the estimate packet of my car because out of no where their systems shut down. I understand they want to get people in and out to make a lot of money. But in my opinion, Horrible Customer service will make you loss business and money. Im never taking my car back there again.

My car was sent to their facility to be fixed after I got hit. My car never ran the same! It was kind of noisy for a little bit. To make things worse, they broke the latch which opens the hood and glued it with some cheap adhesive. When I went to open the hood after a little while, the latch came off. Needless to say, I has to use pliers to open my hood. When I called them, they got me in and fixed it. I was cleaning my car today and found the fuse box cover under my drivers seat which was broken. I just cant understand how a service provider can be so unprofessional. They could have just told me that they broke it. This was a very bad experience. The people were nice but the quality of work is poor! Would not recommend this place.

The team here at Gerber were great. Everyone there was extremely friendly and answered any question I had. The work on the car is fantastic and it looks flawless. Thank you guys for the work you did and the effort you put in to get the car done before the estimated finish date. I really do appreciate it. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone that needs body work done. Very professional and friendly staff.

Superb service at this location! From the receptionist to the estimator...everybody is professional and kind. Gerber Collision & Glass provide service update via text messages. Its very cool. They keep you in the loop throughout the entire process. Theyve been very responsive and thoughtful to my concerns and questions. Highly recommend the impressive service by Gerber Collision & Glass in Schaumburg Illinois.

I always call around and compare prices. You guys were the lowest price, gave me same day service, and came to my work location to repair the window. Not everybody was able to do that. I phoned at 8:00am and had a new window by 10:30am. Joe, the man who repaired the window was so good at customer service he should teach classes. Thanks for the awesome price and service!

Repairs were fantastic. Excellent work. Its a bit disturbing that my tool bag was stolen out of the back of my SUV and I cant get a reasonable reply as to how this occurred. Caitlin was not very concerned with my situation. And, no. I was not told to remove all items from the car. Why would that even come up?

I needed windshield fixed ... they had me drop off car at 9 am and said would be done in 2 hours... seven hours later at 4pm, they called to say they could not finish and needed to get a different windshield for my car. When I asked why it took so long they said "someone had to be last". STAY AWAY.

What a GREAT manager! Took such good care of me AND my car. Took care of everything from insurance, car rental and the biggest thing, the Manager/Owner brought me my car to work because I could not get out in time to get my car. Old School Work Ethics! So grateful for great service

Last year my windshield on my 2007 Dodge Ram p/u was cracked. I called Gerber and they gave me a fantastic price for the windshield. I then brought it to there store in Schaumburg and got helped out right away. It took about a couple of hours. I had fantastic service. Thanks:-)
