After getting into an unfortunate car accident after recently purchasing my car, I was sent to Abra by my insurance company. They were incredibly helpful, and did a great job on my car. You couldnt tell that there was any damage to begin with. The customer service at Abra is excellent. They made sure to give me many updates on my car before the long weekend as well as a few days before the car was ready. I am very pleased with Abra and will definitely be recommending them to others in the future!

I have used ABRA Auto Body & Glass in Carol Stream a few times over the years. The service has always been top notch and the quality of their work has been factory fresh. Great service and very professional! Well I have to change my review because they dont follow their operation hours, its 8:40 and nobody shows up to open I been here since 8 me and another person tha is just bad, nobody should play with others peiples time .

They fixed my car incorrectly and the district manager didnt take any steps when complained. Insurance paid them quite a bit to fix it, but I have a car with unaligned bumper that looks terrible. I wish I had gone to some other repair shop.
