My daughter got into a minor accident with my wifes 2000 Jeep Cherokee and basically cracked the grill, bent the bumper and frame (hood could not be opened) and passenger side fender was bubbled up. Since we were new to the area, my choice for a body shop was based purely on reviews and in the Bloomingdale area, Brodies had it hands down. When I took the Jeep in, I was greeted by a nice lady who came out to look at the Jeep, assess the damage and gave me a ball park figure on what it would cost to fix it. It was way over what I could afford, so she gave me some other options and I settled to just have them pull the frame back out so that I could at least pop open the hood and leave the damage as is. She told me to bring it in Monday morning and they will do what they can with the "cosmetic" stuff after the frame was pulled out. So on Monday morning (9am) I took in the Jeep and was told that they would call when it was done. By 4pm, I still had not received any calls from them so I called them instead. Was told that the Jeep was ready so I went to pick it up. Was extremely surprised and pleased to see that the frame was pulled out, the bumper was back in place and even the fender looked like it had a couple of dings in it. You can still see the damage but in comparison from before and after, it looked 100% better than it was. They were able to knock out most of the damage and save me some money. The final cost was very close to the estimate they gave me. All in all, my first experience at Brodies shows me that they are honest, straight up people who do great work at a decent price.

My Husband and I recently bought a beautiful Volts Wagon GTI series 2013 less then a week in a careless teen Rear ended us and pused us into a car n front of us WE were so shocked and scared our new car front and back damaged bye such a careless act,,,the next day we went to where our car was towed it was at brodies auto body he was very comforting in telling us what needed to be done .and promised the best work on our car if we would trust him to do the work IM GLAD WE DID the work on our car took long but Patience is a vertue we got our car as if it was NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT...THANK YOU BRODIS AUTO BODY WERE SO HAPPY WITH WORK YOU KEPT YOUR PROMISE we are ever gratful signed you loyal customers the Raninova Family

I recently had dealings with Brodies Auto body after my vehicle had been towed to an adjacent Tow yard that they work with through State Farm. My Brother in law who is barely 18 was pressured into authorizing work to be done to the vehicle after he had an accident. No work was physically done but when I called to have the vehicle moved to a body shop of my choice, I was rudely told that he was a policy holder ( not an owner in any way) and they would be preceding with the work. We are still working on further details but the fact that they tried to take advantage of someone who doesnt know anything of these dealing and is so young is disturbing. To be continued...

Above and Beyond. Thats all I can and will say about Brodies. Long story short, I had a car towed here thinking it was Auto Repair. When I came by the next morning to move it to a different shop, they offered to follow me to the mechanic down the road instead of having it towed again. 5 star service and a company full of stand up people.

They are terrible I called them and they wouldnt take my car because of the insurance company when I was going to pay cash and I had the money in pocket to pay them if you have not good enough insurance dont come here plus the lady on the phone was giving attitude

I had a great experience with Brodies. They were fast, efficient, and very helpful. I was completely satisfied with the customer service I was provided and am very happy with the work done to my vehicle.

Its hard to find a place you can trust to do good work and give you a fair price. They fixed my wifes car after a couple of mishaps and I was very happy.
