NO STARS FOR YOU!! Beware of these fools!!! 6-weeks to repair minimal front end damage on a Jetta. Shop manager Tony is either a liar or bad at what he does. Which do you think is worse?? I told them dont drill holes in the bumper for the licence plate mount. Guess what?....they did. Driver side door does not align. Seams between body panels are uneven. Guess what?....they said it was previous damage. Considering the quality of service I experienced, I wasnt surprised. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I have recorded phone calls with the shop manager which will make your jaw drop!!! The level if deceit and/or stupudity is beyond anything youve heard. This auto body shop is the reason our insurance premiums are OFF THE CHARTS. I had a dent in my car that was VERY minor and did not even break the paint. This could easily have been taken out by Dent Busters or something equavalent. However, Central Auto Body is on my way to work and I decided to stop in for a quote. FOUR other reputable auto body shops quoted just over $300 but they quoted almost $1200. The service guy was quoting work that had NOTHING to do with the actual dent repair itself. DO NOT patronize shops like this... they are giving all body shops a bad name and raising our insurance premiums.

I see lots of people saying its expensive. Maybe thats true, I dont know...I went where my insurance company told me to go and did not compare. What I do know is that the work that was done here was top notch and they definitely made this the best of an unpleasant situation for me. From the time I dropped my car off, until I picked it up (exactly 2 weeks, just like they told me)...I couldnt be happier. My car was cleaned inside and out, cleared of snow and warmed up (same for the rental car, which is handled through the body shop). The employees are friendly and professional and my car looks and runs great!

SCAM ARTISTS: I brought in two parts to paint and I was given a high estimate ($350) by Tony. Decided to go ahead and have the work done since I thought they were a reputable shop. I installed the parts after they were painted and the paint began to peel on both parts just a few months later. I took the parts to an honest body shop and was told that the parts were never prepped and only one coat of paint was used from what looked to be a spray can. Stay away from this place.

These guys are really the greatest body shop around. I have had my cars and my cars of my family members more times than Im willing to admit. (My driveway is a very treacherous place.) They do top notch work here and are totally worth it! I would not trust my vehicles in the hands of any other body shop. Thank you Central Auto Body for all the great work that you have done for me and my family.

Fantastic work. I swear my car was brand new when they were done. Even detailed it. They did a great job interfacing with my insurance, and made the repair process very seamless. I would recommend Central to all my friends and family.
