These guys are true pros. My wife had accidentally closed our garage door on the lift gate of our new 2015 Durango Citadel denting and scratching the bottom of the door and misaligning it altogether. When I called Richards Body Shop on Labor Day expecting to leave a message, someone answered and helped me right away by giving me a quote over the phone by reviewing pictures I sent them of the damage. I had the car in the next day and one day later it was done and ready for pick up. Not only was the service absolutely amazing, but the work itself is true craftsmanship. I am a very picky person, but when I inspected their work, you couldnt tell that anything had happened to the door. The paint and work was flawless. I recommend these guys 100% to anyone looking for body work. I am truly impressed!
