A guy turned into my car and full lenth of the passenger side was damaged. The repair was done by Gerber(Downers Grove). There is a molding above the passenger door. This came off after few months of repair. Went back and they repaired it under warranty. The molding came off again after a few months. I showed it to another mechanic. He told me the job is done wrong. So went back to Gerber and told them about the molding and what the mechanic told me. This time they partially corrected the old job. Now the molding has come off again. My repeated trips just give me the impression, that they are not so great in ensuring quality of the job. Their supervisors need to do a better job at supervising and checking the job done. Also you will find the front desk staff to be less than cordial at times.

No sense of urgency. No immediate acknowledgement of customers. Lack personality and genuine initiative or motivation. Related skin on doors instead of replacing doors. Now there is noise while driving due to wind stress on car. Car is not even two years old. Found scratch in window as well. Cant say quality and service is good. Car was finished quickly, however. They worked well with my insurance and communication overall was acceptable. I wouldnt have gone here except for the direction of my insurance although I couldve likely gone anywhere.

Had a small repair to my windshield they were able to help with after the company who did the repair wasnt able to do anything except suggest I replace the whole windshield. I appreciated the counter person. She was helpful and kind. Louis and the glass repair person did the job immediately and my problem is solved. Great and caring place. Thank you!

Had my new truck need the rear bumper replaced. A simple paint new bumper painted and installed. Got truck back, Nicked paint from them installing, Painted right over the sticker, missing bolts, bumper light left loose and not working. But it was repaired on a Friday and I assume nobody inspected the finished work. Lesson learned

Had my car broken into last week and was really lucky to find these guys at National Auto Glass. Called and got a quote on the phone and took my car over there and got it fixed right away. Fast and friendly service as you want it! Horrible thing to happen to someone, but glad these guys were available to help relieve the stress.
