I recently took my car to Maaco in Villa Park after my car was side swiped and I couldnt be more pleased with the service and quality of work performed. I received quotes from various local auto body shops, but Maaco was by far the most reasonable for the work that was required. I was a little tentative because they were the cheapest, but the work performed was amazing and you cant tell my car was ever hit. I was also impressed with the level of customer care I received from this location. Dave and Bob were amazing and made sure my car was completed asap because I was renting a car out-of-pocket. They originally quoted me three days to complete the project, however, they completed the work in 24-hours. Everything from the initial damage assessment to the project communication to the finished project was impressive. I would highly recommend using this Maaco facility for any autobody repair needs you may have. They can consider me a customer for life!

Came here with out any referral and decided to try them. Nick Patel was Manager and did a great job- I came back to a brand new car. They even clean the inside of your car! I was impressed with their level of professionalism. I was on a time crunch both times and they got me in and out very quickly. Chipping of paint were covered in lifetime warranty. Price wasnt an issue as I came in from Insurance claim. Also- They did some other side job and included it with the price! Very impressed once again! Only Con- One of his workers farted NASTY style and didnt excuse himself and tried playing it off. Yea-- just wanted to mention that! lol Car:2003 Toyota Corolla- Rear bumper and reinforcement/Side body damage Never write a review- but felt obliged for this one!

Recently had this location paint my truck cap.Horrible job had LOTS of particles in the finish ,orange peeling bad tape job and found damage not there when I dropped off the cap.I found a scratching the clear coat which the manager wiped with spit to while I watch to hide it temporarily.The cap was in the shop unprotected full of dust from other jobs being done and nobody bothered to wipe or cover. I was also told the particles could be buffed out- for an additional charge!Are you kidding me!Obviously this location has no pride in craftsmanship and has no problem ripping me off more to fix their mistakes! Please do not be the victim I was,do not use this location!!!!!

I expected my car to be done within 3 days but it was complete beforehand. The customer service provided by Nick was EXCELLENT! I never expected it and I was a little apprehensive being that Im a female and they always say that females are taken advantage of, price wise. I was given a $250 discount and my rental was paid for in full for 3 days! Who could argue with that. I picked my 2009 Toyota Camry up and the paint job was dead on!!! All of the scratches randomly on the body of the car were buffed out for FREE! Id definitely be referring people to this Maaco. They are speedy and the quality is SPECTACULAR!

I took another car at Maaco after fender bender... same great work and services and loved the price Good Service and Quality .. Maaco in Villa park provided us highest level of service and quality on our 2009 Dodge Charger after it was in accident.. A friend referred me to Maaco after someone damaged doors on side of my car in parking lot, Not only did they completely fixed it like it never happened before, but they also touched up some scratches I had on the hood and trunk which was a nice surprise. Now-a-days, you dont get anything for free. I was given a free rental car by them for the time being and job was completed on time as promised by Nick. I think THIS Maaco has one the best service in this line of business. I highly recommend everyone to get their auto body work done here.

Never go to this Maaco location. The service guy Nick apparently had plans for his afternoon on Friday and rushed me in/out but promised me a simple "door damage" estimate by email Saturday of which he did not deliver. But thats not the kicker - I called them Monday and another guy answered the phone (Bob who was very pleasant and apologetic) and said Nick was busy again and would get me the estimate this afternoon. Really? Sorry people because I needed the estimate Friday, this is a place I will never recommend to anyone.

So I went here for a estimate on my Front Bumper for my SUV, The bumper was not damaged to the point where I needed a new one. It simply need to be reattached to the clips, but One of the employees there told me I needed a new bumper and that it would cost around $600. I went home and looked online and found a Brand new bumper for my SUV and it was only $130 with matched car paint. So I dont know what this guy was talking about but I am glad I did not due any business there would have spent an extra $470 for no reason.

Brought in our 1997 Honda Accord to have body work done and have the whole car painted. When we got the car back the turn signals worked intermittently, the flashers came on when you applied the brakes and the headlights stayed on whenever the car was on. So after spending $900 for body work and paint we had to spend another $300 at Goodyear across the street to have them correct the electrical problem caused by Maaco which they deny happened while the car was there. Beware of these guys..... they are bad, bad, bad!

I went in there for some body work as I had a fender bender and had a part of my front bumper that needed to be replaced. Maaco and Nick Patel did a fantastic job of it. They were the lowest price (I compared 6-7 different body shops in the area). They also divided the work in a way (did the paint work on the new part the day before) that I just had to go in there and wait less than 2 hours. I, therefore, drove in and drove out of there with my own car. I am very happy and I will definitely recommend them.

I had such a bad time dealing with repairshops. I had to wait 20 minutess for someone to help. But not at Maaco in Villapark location. Within less than 5 mins I had met Bob, he saw my vehicle, and I had an estimate. He even let me drop the car off earlier than we discussed and offered ride back to my home He was very helpful, and my family swears by him. If you want excellent quality to go with excellent service...then Bob at Maaco is the only way to go!!! Thank you Spencer

Great job on the body repair. Got my rear bumper for Acura done. The finished work looked seamless and the car was returned to me spotless clean, which I absolutely liked it although that was not part of the work. Ah and top of that, they were able to beat another estimate by almost 10%. And all this was done keeping in line with the promised timeline of delivery even in very bad weather conditions. In short, definitely recommendable. Thanks to the guys Nick and Hugo.
