EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE I have been struggling with a leak in the roof of my car for about 6 months now. I was hoping my experience at ABRA would have been way different than it was. I had scheduled an appointment with them 2 days prior. Upon my arrival with my father we waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. The person who was supposed to fix my car was still no where to be seen, so I went up to the lady at the front desk and asked if we could leave the key with her and then pick up the car when it was ready. She said yes and about 30 minutes later we received a call from a man who said there was no leak and that the car was perfectly fine. When my father continuously tried to explain the issue and that we had taken it to another place prior, who told us what they believed the issue was. The guy insisted it was fine and that we would just pay $45 for his service. Mind you the phone was on speaker, so my father and I both heard him say this. We finally go to pick up my car and are ready to pay the $45 when the lady tells us it will be $85 dollars. My father explains that the man had told us it would be $45 dollars, so my father ends having to go talk to him about what exactly we were being charged for. As this is happening I was waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting, I had the pleasure to hear the lady at the front desk complaining about one of the clients on the phone. If your last name is Roth or Ross and you have a 2009 red Toyota sitting at ABRA Woodridge, I just want you to know that while you were waiting on hold this lady had the decency to talk smack about you in front of their other clients. My father finally comes back and I end up paying $85. So not only am I in the same situation as before I am also now $85 short. So thank you ABRA! Your service was unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.

The quality of repair was mediocre. They introduced a few paint chips on the hood and roof when they repaired right front fender of our Honda Civic. They used touch-up paint to cover the chips after we complained. Also the headlights were scratched with the buffing/polishing wheel. Pins in the fender liner were also missing. All those issues were totally avoidable if they would spend 10 more minutes to cover those areas (e.g. headlight).

After my windshield was shattered after 6:00 p.m. I called and even though they were closed the owner answered and offered to come out to my job and replace it in the parking lot. So convenient! Service was great and price was reasonable. Excellent customer service!

It took a month to have some rear end work done after an accident. I had to wait for a bit while they sorted out some payment issues with my insurance. A woman offered to send me a $50 gift car for the inconvenience, but I never received it.
