Ray an his team are exceptional miracle workers. I took my 2012 Juke there. It was pretty damaged. It was like brand new only 3 days later for 1/3 of the price everyone else was asking. I did not think people like that still existed - dedicated to their work. Ray would go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Outstanding professionals. I strongly recommend R & M Auto Body to everyone who needs their car fixed. They restored the beauty of mine:) And saved me a lot of money.

This place was great! My car was impounded at another lot after front end damage. They got the car from the other place and did the work within a couple of weeks, insurance was the delay. When I picked it up I met Ray, what an awesome guy! Loves his job, obviously. My car came back almost better than it was before the accident. They changed all the fluids and went the extra mile. If you go anywhere in Round Lake, this should be the place.

My 1998 caravan was in an accident. Insurance totalled it. R&M auto body replaced the front end. It looks as though it was never in an accident. Ray also took care of some rust spots on the doors which was not part of estimate. Still charged me original estimate. Brought it to him 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had it back by Monday-less than a week even with the holiday. Highly recommend.

I took my crashed 350z to R&M i went around town to every body shop for quotes and most did not want to touch my car they said it was totaled and others gave me very high quotes to fix it. Ray gave me the lowest price in town! he made my car nice again i highly recommend this place.

I took my Acura 3.2 TL to replace my rear bumper (new). He analyzed the costs of repairing the dent vs the replacing the new rear bumper. He adviced me to go for repairing the dent. This saved me around $150. Also, the Customer Service and the repair work is super. Sudhakar.

Ray is the kindest, nicest person ever! Their work is top notch and second to none. My daughter totaled the car and It was ready for the junk yard. Raymond and his team of perfectionists transformed it into a car that looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor!

R & M did the body work and painted my 1952 MG - in pieces. When I put it back together, they buffed it, polished it, and touched up my little errors. The car looks terrific. I have had them work on some modern cars and they do a great job, and quickly, too!

I took my dodge ram there because i dented the rear quarter panel. Ray estimated on the spot and gave me a fair price.. He had my truck back to me in few days. They were courteous and professionally....

I got into accidents couple times within a year and took my car for repair. All I can say "Rey" and his crew was the best. My car looks brand spanking new after it was repaired.
