Went on my lunch break around 11:30 and dropped off my suit. The woman told me it would be ready "any time tomorrow." Went on my lunch break the next day and apparently because of some mix-up it wasnt ready. Went on my break the next day (a third time) and the suit was ready but she tried to overcharge me. After I corrected her and tried to pay, the she acted like they didnt have change for a $20. I handed her my debit card, which she had to swipe more than once... I had always used Master Cleaners because they always have coupons on their website, but next time Ill go to Port City or Jaguar and just pay full price. Im a patient person, but having something dry cleaned really shouldnt be this complicated.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Left my white lab coat there and it came back as a red lab coat. Customer Service was aweful (although it wasnt the cashiers fault. She was nice) The manager acted like a 2 year old. Instead of refunding the cost of the jacket. ($28.00) They refunded me $26.18 even though I provided a receipt showing the cost of $28.00. Needless to say I wont be returning here and I would advise anyone looking for a cleaners NOT to come here unless you want your clothing ruined and not to be 100% paid for...

I stopped in "My" Master Cleaners today to drop off some items and was thrilled when Tanesha handed me an envelop found in my new son-in-laws pocket along with some other items. What a joy!! They had saved the only copy of my daughters letter to her new husband and had called to let me know they had it! Thank you Regina and all of you for taking care of not only our familys dry cleaning but looking out for little things like what was left in Bills coat pocket! Happy day!
