Been visiting custom care s for nearly 8 years, and as long as we live in Smyrna, I will continue to bring our dry cleaning here. Everyone at custom care cleaner is friendly, but the one stand-out is this guys Always smiling, he is greets me at the door, takes a load of clothes, asks for my number, gives me a date to return, and thats it! Then upon return, I pull up to the very convenient drive-up, He asks for my number and brings my items directly to the car. I started going to this cleaner because another place lost our items. That would never happen here...I completely trust bob and her staff. they wash US Flag Free is that awesome

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get my suits dry cleaned. I saw the great reviews for this place on here and thought it would be a great fit. I dropped off my suit and a white shirt to be cleaned and when I came to pick it up, my white shirt had brown rust-looking spots on it. The guy working tried telling me that the spots had to be on there beforehand, which was not the case. Whereas they offered me my $2 back, Im still left with a ruined white shirt. Dont go here with anything white.

Ive recently relocated to the Smyrna, GA area from DC. After searching for weeks, I had a hard time finding the right dry cleaner - until I meet the good folks at Custom Care Cleaners. Custom Care Cleaners is a family owned dry cleaner that really caters to their customers. They are good people, that do a tremendous job with customer service. Oh and by the way, their dry cleaning is amazing. They clean my clothes weekly and have also cleaned my bed spread. They are amazing.

I called twice to confirm the price for shortening a pant (2 different ladies quoted $4.95). When I get there, a man was at the counter and said no lady worked there (even though there was a lady right behind him), and quoted $13. When I told him about my phone conversation, he shrugged, didnt even apologize and walked away back into the clothes stock area before I finished speaking! Rude and very unprofessional! Never going back.

They have provided me with excellent care to my clothes, especially my delicate items and always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. I am very pleased and proud to have them for a dry cleaners.
