I dropped off a pair of pants to have the zipper replaced, and I was told a date. Which was 3 weeks..I thought that was a awful long time, I was told the lady who takes care of this service was on vacation.. Ok, Fair enough...I called 2 days before I was supposed to pick the pants up and was told that they werent done yet, but they would be ready for me on the date that was given.. I go to pick up the pants, to find out that the zipper hadnt been fixed and the lady wasnt even back and they might be able to be done in another week.. Needless to say I picked up the pants and took them elsewhere... Very Dissappointed

The customer service is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER GO BACK there again! I dropped my clothes off and the little girl at the counter said that she didnt have time to give me a ticket/receipt for my drop off. I INSISTED that she give me a ticket/receipt for my clothes and she replied that they are too busy; mind you there was no one else in the store. I STILL INSISTED that she give me a ticket/receipt, she ended up doing it AGAINST HER WILL!!! I really didnt want to give this review/rating ANY STARS but that was the only way that my review could be posted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR CLOTHES there EVER!!

These guys are ok. Prices are very reasonable, but they didnt get all the stains out of my comforters (dogs + mud + king size = trip to cleaners), and they never seem to have a repair/seamstress person on hand, so Ive had the same rip in my comforter, and no way to have it fixed, for months. I guess you get what you pay for. Im thinking of trying somewhere else.

While the quality of cleaning was OK, the customer service was horrible! The woman working the front desk was bitter and cold, and made sassy remarks when I returned without a ticket (i.e. Would you go to a movie theatre without a ticket?) even though it took her a matter of seconds to reprint it. I felt disrespected, and will not be returning.
