These people are terrible! Incredibly rude and dont do anything close to a good job. I would leave a 0 if I could. I brought my wedding dress there right after my wedding, they told me it would take a month. I went back 2 days later than the quoted day and my wedding dress was crumpled up in a bin and hadnt been touched. Was told to come back the first of the week, went back and dress was still sitting in the same bin. My dress had spray tan stains on it and it was left sitting there for over a month without any kind of pre-treating at all. Because of that, they had to clean it twice and the stains still are not completely gone. Then they still charged me $100! Neither I nor anyone I know have had spray tan stain clothes if they are treated promptly and properly. This place has terrible customer service and clearly doesnt know how to take care of delicate garments.

Save Yourself the Frustration!!! After spending an average of $50.00 per week as a new customer (For Seven Weeks!!), finally cut my losses after $90.00 worth of business shirts were damaged and not re-imbursed.Concord Cleaners consistently ripped buttons off and stained business shirts during the cleaning process. When I complained about the necessity of using dark thread when replacing the buttons, to match the other buttons on the shirt, the employee after using white thread simply took an ink pen and began to color the thread on a $45.00 business shirt. Conversations with the area manager produced no results as he was dismissive and very unprofessional.Workers consistently did not Starch or Dry Clean as directed and often gave me someone elses clothes. IT COSTS ME ABOUT $175.00 TO LEARN THAT THERE IS SOME MERIT TO THESE ONLINE REVIEWS!!!

I brought several items to Concord Custom Cleaners, including a wool coat that needed dry cleaning and a button re-attached. All of the items came back clean, however the coat with the missing button had the button sewn on through the pocket, making the pocket useless. I went back to Concord and they said they would fix it for no charge and I could pick it up the next day. I went back the next day and picked up the coat, only to go put it on a day later to find that the button didnt match up with the hole on the coat. I will not be going back a third time, Ill find somewhere else to take my business.

Record: Lost $650 fur coat on Mar 2016 For over 10 different encounters over 10 months, they kept saying they were looking for the coat Blamed on their contractor for the lost item As of now, Jan 2017, nothing has been done for the item they lost Im going to file a lawsuit in a few days. Ill be able to learn much about the process along the way, and Ill keep detailed log for everyone so that other people can follow the same suit.

Truly some of the rudest customer service staff I have ever encountered. I wanted to like this place, because it was close to where I live. Disgruntled comments when I come in 5 minutes before they close ( they called me inconsiderate). To raised eyebrows and snarky comments when one of my shirts wasnt fully unbuttoned (they me unbutton the last two buttons before they would take the shirt).

DO NOT GO HERE! The only thing worse than their dry cleaning ability is their customer service. They have ruined several shirts of mine (on multiple occasions). Moreover, they could care less about their customers and pay no attention to what you say when you bring clothes in. Everyone there is rude, and they are certainly not worth your time or money!
