*Edit* I want to change my review based on how the owner reached out and asked for a second chance to set things right. Tony was great and based off of the interaction and the care he displayed, you can tell he wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will continue to use the company as my dry cleaner. Also in no way was i bribed to change my comment, i am doing so on my own accord. So i wanted to start by saying this is my first time leaving a comment or rating on a buisness website/google. However, my experience with this particular cleaner was absolutely horrible. I dropped off two coats to dry clean. I have never dry cleaned anything before so was not sure what to expect. The person took my coats and gave me a receipt and said they would be done in one week. Thats great. Came back and i only was given one coat. I asked were my other coat was and the person working said there was only 1. Her tone was that i was lying and would not look it up until i produced a receipt or ticket. Luckily i had my ticket in my vehicle. After she seen it was 2, her tone changed and said i would get a text message by tomorrow for an update. I was skeptical and asked what if i dont get a text or call, just call back? She insured i would get it, so i left. I waited 2 days with no text or call. I called the place as i was leaving work, which happened to be 10 min before their close. The woman (who i assume was probably the same person) answered and when i asked about my coat she said just a minute and put the phone down. As soon as it hit closing time she hung up the phone. I did finally get my coat back a week later after calling to find were it was at. It came back with white liquid stains on the inside of a black leather jacket. I called back upset and they told me to pay again to get it cleaned again. Why? So u can ruin it more. Talked to a manager didnt so much as get an apology, but was insured that the situation would be handled. Also was told i would get a discount when i picked it up. Nope full price with rudeness when i brought it up.

I was in here recently and I was doing my laundry, while I had no problems with the laundromat, when I tried to exchange a five for ones the brown haired lady behind the counter told me no and when I asked why, she became very agitated and said sorry in a stand offish tone and told me they didnt have enough ones to give out. I did not like her attitude when I only asked a simple question. I am considering not returning after this bad experience. You should train you employees better.

I went in at about 930pm a few times and each time I was followed far too closely by the attendant. Also, he let out extreme gas more than once and watched me fold my clothes. As a younger female, I felt extremely awkward and at one point a little frightened. At first I thought it was in my head, but once it happened more than two times...well Im pretty sure that it wasnt. Needless to say Im probably not going by myself ever again. The dryers are fast though...

A good place to get dress shirts and ties dry cleaned. Also a good place to do regular laundry. Newer washers and lots of machines for both washing and drying. Drying tables to fold clothes. Tables and chairs to eat or do homework. WiFi to connect to the Internet. WiFi study lounge for a quieter setting as you wait for your laundry to finish.

I started using this place recently because I moved close to it. I go early in the mornings on the weekends. It is fantastic - Im very happy with this place. Never crowded, always clean, good working machines and choices of machines, and prices are very affordable. I will use this place for all my laundry in the coming year.

I go here all the time because the washing machines at my apartment are a piece of junk. The facilities are clean and they have TVs and pretty decent wifi to entertain you while waiting for your laundry. I have also used their dry-cleaning service and it is quick (1 day) and the rates are competitive.

very nice staff ive been coming since late 2015 and have had not a single problem here i didnt like that they raised the prices for the machines but other than that its by far the best cleaners ive been too and will continue to come here for a long time

Very clean. Very spacious. They have a quiet study lounge, and pleasant employees. Nobody likes having to go to a laundromat..but if you must, this is the best place to go.
