I have never written a review before, but I feel this time its completely necessary. I only wish I could post a picture of the clean laundry that I received. It was returned to me in a tall kitchen bag that was sucked so tight, not even one article of clothing could breathe. The only items out of everything that came out unwrinkled were the towels. Even the wrinkle-free sheets look like they were twisted, rolled in a ball with rubber bands while they were wet! I kid you not. Every single piece of clothing will have to be re - laundered, and probably even ironed. T-shirts that need to be ironed! If today werent Sunday, Id be back at that store in a minute to throw my clothes on their counter. Id like to know if they would wear any of them!! Instead Im going to CD cleaners to have them all re-done. Ill have to pay $3.49 per item, but its an expensive lesson to be learned.

About two years ago, I moved around the corner from Ultimate Dry Cleaning. After having lived all over the Lincoln Park area for 20+ years, I can say that this is the best dry cleaners that I have come across. Our clothes always come back clean and perfectly pressed. I have also used them for alterations and have been very pleased with the results. Unlike my experience at other dry cleaners, I have not had one piece of clothing come back damaged or lost. Oh, one last thing... They are open until 7pm on Saturdays. Very, very convenient.

Top quality. They have replaced broken buttons that I didnt even mention on shirts I only had cleaned, and didnt charge me or even point it out. Ive had pants hemmed(including jeans), a coat zipper fixed, even had patches sewn on a soft guitar case and its always perfect. They are knowledgeable, prompt and reliable.
