I left a three piece suit to be cleaned after receiving a pie in the face for a youth event at our church. When I picked it up, it had a note attached saying they had tried to clean it, but could not get all of the stains out. When I took it out of the bag, I found the suit wrinkled, no change to the stain, and bits of pie still caked in the buttons. They hadnt even TRIED to clean it. Took the suit to another cleaner, and it came back with the stain completely removed. This place is poorly run, the staff are rude, and their signs arent even for their company. The previous dry cleaner went out of business, but they keep the signs up to trick former customers into coming in. Dont waste your money.

I just went to pick up my clothes and was told that theyre lost. An Armani coat, 6 button downs, and a pair of dress pants. I realize that accidents happen, but come on people! Im 8 days away from my wedding and could really use my dress clothes right now. No assurances were made about helping to recover the expense of these lost items. As of right now, theyre doing nothing for me. They said theyll call me if they turn up.

They clean my shirts so often they know which Ingersoll brother I am. Its reliable, cheap and they even have a drive-up window. Beware early closing hours.
