Not a great experience. This was my first time going to a dry cleaners. They took my dress and information. I expected that I would get a phone call when they were finished. I hadnt heard from them in a while, so I called back after a couple months. They told me it was done, and they dont call when its done. I thought that was strange, but I thought maybe thats how dry cleaners work. Anyway, I forgot about going back to get the dress for a while, so I didnt really expect it to still be there when I stopped in. When I did stop back in the man working was very rude to me. After looking to see if they still had it, he pointed to the sign that said something about not being responsible after 30 days. That was all fine and good, I really wasnt upset because I knew I had taken a while to come in. However he then told me that they call, which they didnt-not when it was done nor before they gave it away. When I said that actually no one called me, he got very defensive and started to walk away from me. I was curious what they did with the clothes they gave away, and he seemed rather annoyed with me that I was even asking. I even made it a point to say that I wasnt mad, but that no one called me. He argued with me that they always call-which was not true in my case. I honestly wasnt upset about the dress not being there (even though it was rather pricey), but that was more my fault. I was more upset the way he acted toward me. I think I will find a different dry cleaner to go to next time. **UPDATE: They called me 2 hours later and had found my dress! I am happy that they found it, and that they called me back to tell me. However, the man on the phone still sounded annoyed with me. Saying since I was "adamant" about the dress he kept looking, which I wasnt. I thought it was gone. He also still says that they call after a due date...which they didnt. Anyway, when I went back to get it, the woman at the front was very nice, so that was good. This whole experience was very strange...

Owner Erin Madden is the hardest working person you will ever meet. Erin personally oversees all daily operations, including quality checks of virtually every order. Stop in, and you will either see him working the press, or greeting return customers. The business may look clutered, but this is only because of the 10 fold increase in his business in the past twenty years. Erin is honest, trustworthy, and he will tell you if he can or cannot help you. Some stains are even beyond his years of knowledge. If there ever is a problem, he will make it right. Erin has NEVER advertised his business. His incredible business growth is solely atributed to word of mouth from customers to customers, who soon become his friends. As an addition to the dry cleaning services and coin operated machines in the business, Erin also offers in house tailoring and alterations through a seperate business entity that is located within the Queens location on Hastings Way. A second Queens location on the west side of Eau Claire offers coin operated washers/dryers, but is also a drop-off/pick-up location for dry cleaning. Erin personally handles all of the day to day operations of both locations, taking care to make sure all orders are ready to pick up at the correct location on a daily basis. You cannot go wrong with Erin or Queens Dry Cleaners & Landromat!

Well maintained facility, very clean and all their machines work well. Staffed, so if theres a problem, there is someone there to address it. I have also used the dry cleaning service (very fast and reasonably priced) and the tailoring service (also very fast and incredibly inexpensive and they do an amazing job). There is no place else in Eau Claire that can match them. Basically, if you need something done with your clothes, go here!

Definitely the best laundromat in Eau Claire! Ive tried a few different locations, and Queens is by far my favorite. Very reasonable prices, very friendly and helpful staff who are personable, and a very clean and well-maintained facility. I would recommend a friend with either laundering or alteration needs to Queens in a heartbeat!

Bad experience. They embarrassed me and acted aloof, like I should be grateful to even set foot in their toxic dump. I think the chemicals are going to their brain. I will NEVER go back there.

Queens does a great job! My cloths are cleaned well and in a timely fasion. The owner is great! He has remembered my name since day one and remembers exactly how I want them done. Great place!
