This dry cleaner is very hard on clothes I gave them over $400 worth of new shirts to dry clean and they burned ColorStay marks in all of them. And when I confronted the owner they just scraped off the material and re dry cleaned them and he said there was nothing wrong with them that was normal and he proceeded to show me five or six other shirts that had the same problem , for some reason he thought that was an excuse for him screwing up my shirts. I went to another dry cleaner and ask them if that was normal to have those marks on a shirt and they said shirts should never get those marks no matter how old they are, if theyre cleaned correctly. so whatever you do if you have a choice do not use this dry cleaner they will ruin your clothes!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I used them before a big international trip and half of my clothes werent clean so I took half the order and left a very expensive shirt and suit. When I got back from my trip I forgot about the order but kept using them because they were close. When I would pick up my clothes no one ever mentioned the half order still in the system. I finally got tired of half cleaned clothes and switched to another dry cleaners. When I remembered my half order I called and they said "oh yeah you have an open order but we threw your clothes away"! No apologies...no one thought to call me...no one even mentioned it when I picked up my other orders. Just like that I lost my suit and shirt. Def. would not recommend.

I realized late in the morning that I had forgotten to have some shirts cleaned that I needed for a trip. I called to see if I could have them back same-day but the guy let me know that I was a little too late in the day for that. However, he immediately called me back and said that he could figure out a way to help me out if I could bring the shirts ASAP. I rarely see companies go out of their way to make customers experiences great, so Im very impressed with these guys.

We had an unexpected death occur. We needed a suit no one wears except for dire occasions. Called regarding same day service at 11am and was told it would be too late for that. When I explained it was for a funeral the next day the clerk passed this on to the powers to be and I was told to bring it right in. It was clean, pressed and presented in outstanding condition. Thanks To Executive and their human touch

miracle worker and very nice guy. Two hours till stopping cleaning on the Friday before the wedding and somehow the brides mothers dress gets water stains on a dry clean only product, best not to ask how. lengthy and difficult was how the cleaning process was described. Bottom line this guy jumped in and made it happen. the kind of person you want in your corner. Very very happy husband.

Very professional and reliable. I got my merino sweaters and wool coats cleaned with them when they did a 15% off with Purdue grad students, Garments came back with soft touch and without any smells of chemicals or stiff touch. Will definitely do dry cleaning with them again.

Very friendly and fast service! I wont use any other cleaners in town. They were able to get some industrial molybdenum lubricant off some of my work dress shirts that I couldnt get off in like 5 washes! Prices are very reasonable as well. A+

This is the first time that I have went to a dry cleaner. This place was very fast and I dropped my items off at 9am and they were done by 2pm, when they said they would be done, by 2pm. I had 4 jackets cleaned and it cost my only $38.

Never had a problem. Everything is always ready when they say it will be and the clothes are always clean and look great. Prices seem reasonable, guy at the desk is always nice and friendly. No reason to go anywhere else!
