I hadnt been to this cleaners in about six months but every time I went before, a nice older lady was always there. This time it was a younger woman and the second I walked in the door she had attitude with everything I said. She would make her eyes real big and look at me like I was an idiot. I told myself if she said one more thing I was going to leave. I brought in 12 mens dress shirts to be dry cleaned and she told me it would be $65. I told her I always pay when I pick up and she starts going off and getting loud on how I hadnt been there in six months, Im considered new so I had to prepay. I told her she needs to be nicer and I grab my shirts and walked out. It would have been one thing if she was nice the whole time but I have never paid in advance for dry cleaning! I took my clothes somewhere else and guess what?? Didnt have to prepay! I wont be going back, worst customer service!!

Worse experience Ive ever had. I went into the cleaners, told the lady accepting my clothes that I wanted a press with light starch. She repeated it to me and what I asked for was correct. I go into the cleaners to pick up my clothes and my clothes were dry cleaned...Not what I asked for. I called to talk to the manager and she precedes to tell me that my clothes had to be dry cleaned because they were dry and had too many buttons. I had 4 shirts. Only 1 had buttons. As I tell her this, she is screaming at me like a crazy person and tells me "we are the lowest price in town, compare us to Sunshine and this cleaner and etc..I try to tell her I didnt take my clothes to Sunshine cleaners..I brought them here..She is still screaming at me and then she hangs up. I will never go back to Siegen Cleaners ever again.

Horrible place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANERS. I opened the plastic and the 2 shirts I took there to be cleaned had stains and the color had bled through. When I asked them to re-clean, the lady told me it was too late and that they would clean them again only if I paid for it. They refused to fix the problem that they created. When I asked if they would rather lose a customer than try to fix the problem, they looked at me like I was crazy. There are no good reviews on this business. I wish I would have read this before using them. This place doesnt even deserve one star for their business acumen. Terrible attitude!!!!

I sent my work shirts here and asked for Heavy Starch and all the shirts have no Starch on them. I point it out the lady said that oh you wanted extra heavy Starch. If 47.00 for 10 shirts was already too much please let me see where the Hell my money went. Shouldve stayed with Welsh on Perkins or Government street cleaners.

Have bad experiences over and over here. Went today and got there 5-10 min before they closed and he lady complained to me to because I was close to closing time. I was literally just dropping off clothes. I wont walk In there again. Always get terrible customer service.
