I have taken several items here, from mending holes, sewing seams to replacing zippers. They do an excellent job. However, their prices have increased. Not all jobs are done on site. Zippers are replaced by an off site seamstress. In 2013, my childs Columbia coat zipper was beautifully replaced for around $7.00 and took a week to return. Just this morning we took in my husbands no name jacket for a zipper replacement; a week turnaround and $21.00!!!! I was shocked. Great work, but always been at least a week to return items and pricing is always a surprise.

Was given an estimate of one week to have a pair of pants brought in, a service Ive literally had done in less than an hour at other businesses. I thought I would give them a chance though as they are very close to my apartment. One week later I go in to pick up the pants and they tell me they are still in the process of resizing them and it could be another week as this is not a simple job, again other businesses offer this service in under an hour. Very disappointed with the service and I will not be giving hangers to hems any more of my business.

Nice store for dry cleaning. They do everything on-site. Friendly staff. They asked me if three days turnaround would be okay. It was....but I think they could have done something different if it was not okay with me. The end result was good. Also, this place is clean, neat, and does not stink. Easy parking and nice curb appeal. It is an asset to this run down mile in onalaska.
