Received a dress shirt back and one of the collar buttons was found pulled out of the shirt but still buttoned to the backing. Brought the shirt in and later spoke to Heather the manager. She said that in no way could this have happened at their store because they dont button the buttons. I explained that I dont unbutton them either, I drop them off buttoned. Someone has to unbutton at their store. And besides, to do this much damage, it would take quite a pull on the collar to get it to do this... like getting caught on a machine or something. All I know is that sometime between when I dropped the shirt off and when I got it back and took it out of the bag, the button and the backing it was sewn onto pulled thru the fabric on the shirt, leaving pulled out threads running fron a now large hole, ruining the shirt. It was nicely ironed, though. I dont know what happened during my shirts visit, but somehow this happened there. I realize this happens from time to time. But admit it, manager. Dont accuse your customers of trying to pull a fast one on you. Ive probably spent over $2000 at this store over the years. The first time I have an issue, I get treated like Im trying to scam them. Well, good bye, Heather. Good bye, Tide. Good bye P&G. Your customer service sucks. I will take my business elsewhere from here on out.

I purchased a sample wedding dress, so it needed to be cleaned before my wedding. Due to the convenient location to my work and the good reviews, I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned (this was several months ago -- in September). They gave me a estimate for the cleaning and kept my dress for a month, which seemed longer than necessary. When I went to pick it up, the price ended up more than originally planned for, but most importantly, my dress had 20 or more pieces of hair stuck in between the layers of tulle (not my hair). I took my dress back to Tide, and they took the hairs off the dress for me, which I appreciate. However, if Im spending more than $100 to have something cleaned, especially something as important as my wedding dress, it should never come back to me with hair on it. As a recap, the cleaning process took longer than it should have, the price was on the high end, and my "cleaned" wedding dress came back to me with other peoples hair on it. Im disappointed, and I wont be going back here. P.S. I posted this same review on Yelp in October. Someone from Tide commented on my post, asking for my contact info so they could follow up. I provided my email address via a PM, but never heard anything from them...

We went here to have some curtains and valances dry cleaned before a graduation party. Hands down worst experience ever. Out of the 6 pieces that we went in with 5 of them were completely ruined. The curtains had huge stains on them, some curtains had multiple stains, on the edges they looked as if they had been cinged, they also looked as if they had not been cleaned at all and the one valance that was ruined looked as if it had been severely burned. When we went and spoke with a manager she basically said nothing there wouldve caused it, they werent turned in that way so why did we get them back in that condition? The manager offered to have them delivered to our home and they have yet to deliver them, close to 30 minutes late. On a prior visit they lost a dress that was the only item for that visit. We assumed that this was a fluke since they have a large amount of clothes but since they ruined other items we arent sure. We wont be returning to Tide Dry Cleaners, especially this location.

I have been going to a Tide dry cleaners for a number of years and I have never had but the best service. However, I chose to change from one location to the Mason store as it is much closer to home. Very unhappy at this time with the service. There was a multitude of concerns that I have including the fact that I dropped off my clothing on a Thursday - told they would be ready the next day and then not receiving them until the Monday following the drop off date. In addition, a poll over that accompanied the clothing came back with stains and another with long dog/human hair that did not belong to me. It was bad enough that all the clothing needed to be re-cleaned and I have chosen not to do business with this location ever again.

I would give them a zero if I could! We started using Tide in Mason when they first opened and they lost several pieces of mine and my husbands cloths. They were new and they made it right, though you can replace an Ann Taylor suit, so we gave them another chance. Since then Ive received other peoples clothing and found that they have again "selectively" lost pieces of my clothing. Ive talked with Heather and Tina and was promised a call back....nothing. Ive called several times, still nothing! There is no excuse for lost clothing, nothing goes off site! I honestly believe that employees are stealing. Expensive and extremely poor customer service!!

3 years ago when we first moved to the area we decided to use Tide as our dry cleaner. At first all was going well until they lost my husbands white dress shirt. They told us they would contact us regarding the missing shirt. Several days went by and we hadnt heard anything, so we reached out again. They said they were still looking into it and would get back to us. We never heard back from them and we decided it wasnt worth the hassle since they were so unresponsive and the service poor. Needless to say we never went back there, and my husband never got his shirt back.

As a good customer Im very disappointed that my shirts continue to not be folded despite the fact that I have brought up this concern numerous times and the shirts are even marked with a fold tag. It is very annoying that this continues to happen as recently as today.

The service is pretty good, they reimbursed me quickly for pants that they ruined, but their prices are quite high compared to other dry cleaners. I have stopped bringing my garments there for that reason. The clothes do smell nice when they finish with them, though.

5 stars for convenience. The drive up concept is great for when I need to drop off or pick up. Its a great example of a streamlined experience. On top of that the turnaround for items I bring them has been 24 hours which is great.

Quick service, always well tended clothes. Staff is usually very unhappy to service you if you go through the drive through...which is the while appeal of utilizing this venue vs another locale.
