Ive taken a few items to this location for dry cleaning. Everything I needed done came back in a timely manner. However, the last trip I made to this location, I had several items that had been contaminated with cat urine. After researching my options, I choice dry cleaning and this location as my solution. I was disappointed in the results of my dry cleaning because everything I had sent in came back still smelling like cat urine, even though they had been tagged for "special care: cat urine". I found it ridiculous that I spent over $100 for my items to be treated and cleaned properly but had them returned smelling exactly the same way as I had brought them in. Next time I need dry cleaning done, I will have to research better locations and experience the inconvenience of having to go out of my way to drop off my dry cleaning, rather than just going down the street to the nearest location.

I took 3 pairs of Wranglers and about 6 shirts. The Wranglers were not pressed correctly and they did redo for free but took them a week. The shirts were to have med Starch and seem like they have had none or light as well as some of the shirts were creased on one sleeve and not the other. Very disappointing experience from what I was told was a trusted dry cleaners. They acted it like it was a Big Deal for them to redo the Wranglers that were not done correct in the first place so I should be happy!

I had my wedding gown cleaned and preserved here. 6 years later I opened it to give it away and it had stains everywhere. I would not recommend them. Im very disappointed that they packaged it like that. Who would do that to a wedding gown?
