WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: I was dropping off pants for my significant other whom is in the military. I walked in & said I need these to be Done by Today. The girl said "Okay just come after 4pm & I said okay awesome thank you, Ill come at 4:30 instead." So a while passes & from running errands I happen to be in the area & called & asked if they were ready. They said no. THEN I get a call back at 2:15 PM with a girl telling us they cant be done today & will be done TOMORROW. Isnt this something I should of been notified of WHILE AT THIS FACILITY?! So the girl ARGUES with me on the phone & then says theyll be ready by 4 & HANGS UP ON ME!!!!!!!! Because I could not afford to have these military pants that need to be worn the next day confused anymore I drove to the dry cleaners to find out what was happening & why I was hung up on. IT GETS WORSE... The girl that took my pants & knows EXACTLY what I asked lied to my face & said she told me they wouldnt be done until tomorrow!!!!! I couldnt believe it. I told her to swear to god & she laughed at me & said "why would I do that?!" I was so furious. At this point I was getting berated by 2 employees & Im the customer that had no idea they had to be dropped off by 11 for next day!!! Thats something that should of been told to me so I could of taken my pants elsewhere !! Then the large Caucasian girl that never smiles that works there started laughing in my face !!!!! (Everyone that goes here will know whom Im talking about she looks like shes perpetually in a bad mood) I thought I was in a bad dream. IS THIS HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED?!! This place has lost ALL of my business & EVERYONE we know that I will tell this to. My world is a tight community here & this treatment was UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE.

Went here on a Sunday since it was the only one open in the area. I dropped off my faux leather jacket that was caked in mud after pushing someone out of the snow. They werent sure they could clean since it is made of multiple fabrics. They kept it anyway then gave me a call a few days later that they could clean it. I just got back from picking it up. They did a phenomenal job!!! I never thought it would look the same but they cleaned it to perfection! I thought it would be expensive, but I got it done for $4.99 exact! My family will be going here from now on.

They re not what theyre cracked up to be. I dont get my clothes drycleaned often, but once I got clothes back, they smelled like cigarette smoke. I dont smoke myself, so I was not very happy. I m currently looking for another drycleaners. Hope to find a good one. I guess you get what you pay for.

Dont go here. Theyre customer service is below par, theyre price is good but then again, the quality of their cleaning is bad, and to be fairly honest, they suck. I bring my clothes in with stains, half the time they come out with the same stains, maybe a little lighter but still there.

Skyline dry cleaner has great service. Ive never had any complaints with my dry cleaning there. They are very flexible with needing a rush fulfilled. I drive almost 20 minutes just to get to this one just by having multiple dry cleaners near my area.

I have been going here since they opened a couple years ago. Mark, the owner, provides excellent customer service as does his staff. The quality of the cleaning is top notch and always accomodate my request for "rush" pick up. Simply Awesome!
