I will never come back to max cleaners again... I almost never write reviews online but let me tell you about the most inconvenient place I have ever gone for dry cleaning... I say inconvenient because this store does all the simple things WRONG. On more than one important occasion I have banked on the store hours listed online to be correct. Yes, seemingly simple but apparently not for all dry cleaners. I say important because these are things like, "well they open at 8 so I can go by before my flight to grab my business clothes for my trip"- WRONG. I arrive at the door to find them closed with different hours posted. Or "well they dont close until 2pm, so I can grab them before tomorrows work day"- WRONG, I arrive to find they close at noon. Switching gears...I drop off about $150 in dry cleaning each time. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-50 pieces. They only have one person working but yet they make me (and the seven others in line) wait while they count each piece. This is time consuming and embarrassing. Just learn to count and be reliable. Side note- I even tried to contact the manager/owner to give meaningful feedback. I am not responsible for doing this but as a businessman I believe it giving a company feedback and allowing them to adjust. Nobody returned either of my two calls from the main office. After this mornings recent incident where I am leaving town yet again and they open an hour later than what is posted online. I will never come back to Max Cleaners

I brought a long winter coat to have it dry cleaned. WHen I reviewed it at home, a button on the arm was missing, and the entire hem for the lining was destroyed. I brought it to the cleaners, a ticket was created however no one contacted me within 3-4 days as noted on the ticket provided to me. After the second call to the clearners, I was told that my coat hem was old and it was already worn out. The hem was intact when I brought it to the cleaners.

I had a comforter dry cleaned there about a year ago (the Rebsamen location) and they ruined it. I think it was dirtier when I picked it up than it had been when I dropped it off. Tonight I went to put on a dress that was dry cleaned at a different Max Cleaners and it had a huge pull the entire length of the dress and staines that werent on there when it was dropped off. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS...THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

I have taken my clothes to this vendor for several years and had a reasonable expectations. From time to time an item has to be cleaned again because they miss stains or do not press an item well. Recently the quality has suffered and I would not recommend send any clothing to this location. I am having constant problems with the quality of service.

Awful Business--lose clothes, give you someone elses clothes, stains not removed and areas of men;s pants not pressed. Hard to get errors corrected and can not get management to pay for lost items.
