They make false promises, and when they fail to uphold them, they lie and lose integrity. Making mistakes is okay, but their partake in deceit and unethical behavior overshadows their friendly demeanor. I was promised to have my suit processed for a specific day, and went in to pick up my items. They said there was a malfunction, and my suit was not available for pick-up, since it wasnt in their facility. Ten minutes after I left, the attendant called stating I could pick it up now. They then handed my suit in a clumped up pile with no hanger.

Ive been going to this location for quite a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Theyve been able to get tough stains out of my prom dress, alter multiple items and press suits, which have all delivered on the promised date. I have loved being a customer of Woodbury Cleaners and will continue to take my business there for their honest, professional and knowledgable service.

Terrible. Paid $4.00 to have a uniform shirt laundered and didnt think to look at it and when I got to work yesterday the entire shirt had large wrinkles. And thats at $2 more than all the other cleaners. Not to mention having the 30 Somalians staring at you while you walk in. Go to Clean N Press or Pilgrim.

Used to be a loyal customer but since they changed their hours, its not even worth going there. How do you expect people to drop off their dry cleaning by 5:30 when many people are still working at that time? I showed up at 5:31 and they locked the door as I walked up and turned me away. No thanks

I have been going to the St. Paul Woodbury Cleaners location on McKnight Road for many years for dry cleaning and shirt laundry. They do a great job and if there is ever any problem they will make it right. Their prices are fair and the staff is friendly.
