While I used St. Croix Cleaners up until today - paying their higher prices in support of a locally owned, and environmentally friendly business - I recently dropped off more than a 16 shirts, and pants and related items for next day service. Ive used this service many times in the past without any issue, despite paying steep surcharges for the faster service. However, today, when I returned to pick up my items, the items were not done as promised - they were placed in the wrong date bins were told. To add injury to insult, after learning 3 of the 16 items were ready, they charged me full price, plus the surcharge, and said my order would be ready next week. Unfortunately, I leave on a trip in 24 hours. Its one thing to make an honest mistake; its another not to offer any apology, or accept responsibility, and make it right. St. Croix Cleaners apparently needs a lesson in customer service, and accountability to customers whom pay higher prices for superior service, and whom entrust them to meet their commitments.

Where do I begin... As a businessman working in the corporate environment, I have used so many different professional cleaners over the years that I have lost count. I am a weekly customer and therefore can attest to the quality and professionalism of St. Croix Cleaners. The Stillwater office is my local service center and the people there are in a word - fabulous! Tammie Z. not only has the leadership and skills to work with customers but she and her entire staff are a true joy to work with each week. This is regarding the laundromat, place is usually very dirty and unkept. Machines are constantly broke, lint traps are rarely cleaned. Quarter vending basket for machines is often full resulting in quarter returns because of backed up basket. I worked for a chain gas station, car wash, laundromat elsewhere for some time. I feel as though management couldnt respect their own property, and could care even less about their customers. I have seen "whom I believe" to be the owner come in and empty the washers and dryers a few times. He rarely says hello, and from talking to several other people he seems to be somewhat of a bad guy.

Ive been using St. Croix Cleaners since moving to the area three years ago. Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dry cleaner in the Twin Cities metro. The items have always been completed when promised and the amount that they charge is competitive to other dry cleaners in the area. As I found out when talking to Pixie when she filled in at the Hudson location, St. Croix cleaners does offer tailoring and alterations. While I use the Hudson location, I am leaving this review to let people who are looking to find a dry cleaner in Stillwater that offers alterations know that St. Croix Cleaners is definitely an option.

Ive used them twice and this is easily the worst dry cleaner I have ever used. The first time, they lost one of my garments (to be fair, they later found it). The second time, TWO of my shirts came back dirty and one of those shirts was brand new, so the stains didnt come from me. They charge a higher rate than their local competitors. For that higher rate, I would expect a quality service. However, I will say their staff is very helpful and friendly - which is the ONLY reason I gave it two stars instead of one.

High quality place that actually cares about their customer. They pay attention to the little details. If youre getting a shirt cleaned and its missing a button theyll put a new button on for you. Home delivery and pickup service. And they dont use chemicals that are harmful to the environment.

I have received wonderful service here. When I walk in, its like visiting a neighborhood friend. Usually Tammie even has my order ready for pick up, so I am in and out quickly. Smiles from the staff come easy here, and I have had no issues with the quality of the dry cleaning.

They have a seamstress on site there and I figured I would drop off my beloved, 10 year old Patagonia rain coat. Their repairs were done so well, it took me a moment or two just to find them, looks like a factory restoration. Much more than just dry cleaning, take advantage.

Very good dry-cleaning service at the Stillwater/Oak Park Heights location. We use them regularly for cleaning and tailoring, even large rugs. For any type of fabric they do a great job. Pick-up and drop-off is usually very quick and easy.
