I took my husbands brand new, fresh out of the plastic, custom dress shirts in to the Eagle Creek location to get an initial cleaning and press. When we received the shirts from the tailor we inspected all of them for any defects and put them in a white cloth bag and took them directly to Woodbury Cleaners. Upon receiving the shirts back, there was a tag on one of the shirts indicating it had a stain that did not come out. I immediately brought the shirt back to the cleaners and they said they would reprocess the shirt and if it still would not come out they would open an investigation. Needless to say, the spot did not come out (it did fade a bit, but still noticeable) and I received a call from Lori telling me it looks like a dye bleed in the fabric. However, the pinstripes on the fabric were not large enough to provide that big of a dye bleed and the spot was a much darker blue than what was in the pattern. I was told "Its barely noticeable" many times, which also isnt something the customer wants to hear, the fact is, the stain is still there. She said they would give us store credit, however I stated I would rather have compensation so we could order a new shirt as the current one is not acceptable. She said she would mail a form for me to fill out to send to their processing center so we could receive compensation for the shirt. Fast-forward to a couple weeks later, I receive a call from Dave Jones. He says theyve put a lot of hours into investigating where the spot was from and that he couldnt find anything from their facilities that would have caused that spot. I said while I appreciate the hours they have put in investigating this, the fact is there is still a stand and there was no way that we would have brought it in to them like that... Had we found that spot in the first place, it would have been sent back to the tailor to get replaced, not taken to the drycleaner! He kept telling me the $20 store credit they offered was more than generous (for a $65 custom shirt) and the spot is barely noticeable (it is right in the middle of the shirt next to the buttons, and unless you wear a tie, which my husband does not, it IS noticeable). I told him we filled out the form Lori sent us to be compensated as we would rather have a new shirt than store credit and he said that form was just to "consider" compensation, which was not being offered. He also said she told me shed send out the form to "Just get me off the phone." After trying to tell him what Lori told me would happen (we would get $$ for a replacement and they would keep the shirt), he told me to "Just grow up!", "Get real!", and "Its just a shirt!" All I have to say is, STEER CLEAR! Bad customer service, bad business practices, and an all around disappointment. What a shame!

My experience was the result of a miscommunication. The attendant at the front desk seemed rushed and expressed herself short and without a genuine likability. I said and, due to the simplicity of my statement, I dont know how she botched it, "I want these cleaned and pressed." Three days later I received cleaned scrubs. They were not pressed. So basically, I paid thirty dollars and waited four days to receive some ultra clean scrubs. When I called to resolve the matter, I was told that I was mistaken... (because asking for cleaned and pressed scrubs is such a complex request, that I must have screwed it up). After discussion, the attendant explained that they would, "redo the service." To that, there are no redoes when your mistake was a result of someones lack of attention to detail. I will say that this same person was pleasant upon pick-up, which was quite the contrast from the previous time. So perhaps she was having a bad day, but thats not my problem; its hers. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to start a new relationship with a cleaner. There are plenty of other options.

I took an alpaca sweater and a pair of black dress pants in to be cleaned just before leaving for a long family trip. Then, I forgot all about it. Thankfully, I got a call from Woodbury Cleaners reminding me becuz a month had gone by and I hadn’t picked it up. There had been a small, dime-sized hole right on the sleeve of the sweater—my favorite sweater—when I dropped it off and I had forgotten to mention it to the gal. Well… they not only fixed the hole, but they also de-pilled the sweater – now it looks like NEW! I was so happy to get this back in such good condition because I thought the sweater was going to just have that wear and tear because I’d had it for several years and so it was starting to look worn out. My pants were cleaned and pressed nicely as well. It was nice to know that these favorite items of mine were in good hands and that with everything I had on my mind, someone reminded me that the order was ready and waiting. I brought my dry cleaning to the Woodbury Cleaners City Centre Drive location on Saturday. Even though its a little out of my way, I decided to go there because of all the good reviews it had received. None of the clothes I brought in were very wrinkled or had obvious stains, but they smelled and needed to be cleaned. I picked the clothes up on Monday and took them home. After I took them off the hangers I could tell they had not been cleaned. They still smelled and had clearly just been pressed in what I can only assume was an effort to cut corners, as the items looked presentable even when I brought them in. For the $30 I paid for three items, I expected a lot more - like for my clothes to actually be cleaned. I will not be taking my cleaning to Woodbury Cleaners again.

Terrible. They lost an expensive pair of custom-tailored slacks. Then 8 months later, they lost another pair of custom-tailored slacks. The manager said they would look for them, then never bothered to call me back.
