I recently had a frustrating experience with St Croix Cleaners. I was in the area for a multiple week business meeting and decided to use St Croix for a simple wash and fold of various garmints (socks, underwear, shirts, slacks, etc). No dry cleaning needed due to each of the items being "Travelers" (cloths that dont wrinkle). The store returned my cloths late, dry cleaned the items, lost 1/2 of my order and then tried to change me for full dry cleaning. When confronting the clirk of my frustrations all I got in response was that some of my clothes were dry cleaned as a bonus or gift. A gift I never wanted. I had already bought replacement cloths before they were able to find lost items. Which I then had to return. I used this business due to the high rating vs the local competiters. I should have just used the hotels services.

This was the first dry cleaner Ive used since moving to the area. It was a particularly important outfit I needed cleaned for my grandmother to wear for her funeral. I needed a trustworthy dry cleaner. St Croix Cleaners did a lovely job and the outfit looked like the day my grandmother bought it! I will definitely be returning.
