The place was kinda cluttered and i have to tip toe through some games that were not in use and there were people working on stuff in the ceiling and painting (smelled a bit) but over all pretty good place. The washers didnt smell like mold like some places and the driers did their job, i didnt realize i over stuffed my drier and the nice couple that were working (owners im guessing) helped me out by letting me know it would be better to split the clothes otherwise they wouldnt dry and would likely burn so i split em and it worked out fine, the woman also helped an elderly couple get their blankets in the washer and get them started it was very sweet.

We are over the road truck drivers & have recently relocated our home base to this area. Our search to find the necessary local amenities brought us to this laundrymat. What a wonderful surprise! This is the most pleasant & well run facility weve used. It is small with limited machines, but they are well maintained (even the water temps ran true) & a staff person is on - site to make sure everything stays that way. They even had a coffee pot with FREE coffee available. So glad you are here for us, A-1 Laundry!

I had the WORST experience I have ever had at a dry cleaner. I brought all of my dress pants and a few blazers for dry cleaning and when I went to pick up my clothing, they had forgotten to tell me they wouldnt be ready until the next day. When I came back to pick them up the next day, I noticed that the hem on two of my pants were taken out. I now have to take the pants to a tailor which will probably cost another $30. DO NOT use this company for dry cleaning.

This is the worst laundromat i ever been to..most of dryers dont work..it was no one to help on anything i needed..people who work here were drunk after disappearing for hours...this place need to be shut down and the woman who worked there is to physically touchy when having a conversation wit someone...if the owner is reading these reviews you should really do something about your business seriously...it could be a nice cozy place but service sucks bad

Please note: The "reviewer" named Cody is incorrect. This is NOT in an apartment building as he claims in his "review"...its in a retail strip center on the corner of White Bear Ave and County Road C. It is very much a "public" laundromat and you can wash and dry your clothes there regardless of whether you live in an apartment, a house, or in the park. Its open to all. Cody must be confused so please ignore his "review" as it is incorrect. Thank you.

Terrible service when I complained my shirt shrunk. The owner offered me 20 dollars for a Ralph Lauren Purple Label shirt, retail was $450.00 The owner stated, "I dont know why you people do this to me". I told the guy working to dry clean the shirt because its 100 percent wool, he had the shirt washed and dried. Do not go to this place.

This is the nicest laundry mat I have found in a long time. Clothes are always done right and on time if not earlier than I hoped. Owner and workers have been there for many years and know the customers well which makes it a very enjoyable experience.

Ive been going to A1 laundry for over 20 years. Its the best laundromat on the east side. My grandma told me so. Les is awesome and always ready to help. And the regulars are always nice. Good prices, good people and clean clothes. You cant beat that.
