I always enjoy the service I get at Pilgrim Cleaners. The staff are always prepared and ready to greet me as soon as I walk in the door. Not only do I get great customer service but my clothes are also always in excellent condition. Thanks for all your hard work North Oaks location! There also has been a couple times where I had a missing button and it was replaced and fixed without question. We also have a dog that sleeps on the bed and I bring my comforter in to get it dry cleaned every so often and they make sure to take extra care and detail into making sure the comforter gets clean. I have always enjoyed my experience with Pilgrim Dry Cleaners!

I brought in a sport coat with a missing button and forgot to mention I needed it sewed. They noticed the loose button was in the pocket and sewed it on anyway. Pleasant surprise when I picked it up. Thats great & proactive customer service!

Not happy at all , called to get a couple of prices and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. Seemed like she had an attitude, and acted like she didnt want to tell me the prices.
