Went to the cleaners one day in May 2016. Bad customer service. Ive never been treated this bad in any business. This isnt the first time this happened. I entered the cleaners every single time. Theres a Latina lady who works the front counter. Anyways on this certain day, I walked into the cleaners. I said hello to the lady. She was on her mobile phone. She didnt say hi or anything. She was talking in her language. I could tell it was a personal call. I said thank you. She didnt say anything.. This has happened every single time. I will never go there again. If you wanna spend your money and get treated like a nobody, this is the place to go.

Took a pair of black died slim fit jeans and a sweater there to be dry cleaned and they were washed instead. Pants faded and shrunk and the fur on my sweater is now hard. Paid for a 17 dollar machine wash for 2 items instead of dry clean.

Got my winter jacket cleaned, was still dirty in some spots, coupon from there website was not honored. Not going back, very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone
