Brought in a cocktail dress and my wedding dress for cleaning. Was asked to write down my credit card info because the manager didnt want to take the time to swipe it. Few days later manager left a voicemail to let me know cleaning my wedding dress would result in it being ruined, should they proceed? Called back on a Wednesday to tell them not to clean it, was told by the woman I could pick it up the wedding dress on Saturday. Went in on Sunday to pick it up but it was not there, was told rudely the day it would be in. My cocktail dress was ready so wanted to get that. The manager grabbed a dress of the rack (that was not mine), thought I heard him say "thats not your dress" before he went back to the rack again to look again. He came back I asked a question was given my total, told him that was not my dress, he tried to claim it was that time and he got irritated when I told him it was not. Wanted to confirm the date I could pick up my wedding dress, his snotty responce "thats what it says here". Finally picked up my wedding dress but first I got a refund for the cocktail dress because it wasnt even clean. The dress form and garment bag for the wedding dress were missing, the man who helped me (very nice) said he would ask the manager and have him give me a call, that was 2+ weeks ago, Ive heard nothing. If I drop off a dress with a dress form and garment bag and its determined the dress can not be cleaned why is the dress not given Back to me the way I brought it in?! Back to the store I go to talk to the rude manager again!

I love how the store is in Byerlys! I can shop for great groceries and great great garment care service all at once, which makes my life so much easier and better. The staff at this location are so wonderful. Dan and Karlene are amazing! They always greet me with a smile and remember my name. I love the next-day turnaround time on all of my orders, and that I get a confirmation email that tells me when my orders arrived at my Mulberrys store. Just yesterday, I was in the store and Karlene let me know that they now have a NEW mobile app that offers an on-demand pick up option and the ability to track my orders in real time. I am really excited, I didnt even know you could get on-demand service for dry cleaning and garment care services. Mulberrys continues to knock my socks off!

I heart Mulberrys! Their location in Eagan i n s i d e the Byerlys grocery store is a weekly stop for me. The store is just beautiful and always clean. Its such a welcoming environment, the staff are always so polite, friendly, and extremely helpful when answering questions and providing information about garment care. When I asked about where I should go to have a dress hemmed, they informed me that all Mulberrys stores are now able to take on-the-spot talioring measurements! It made my day! Ive been a customer for years now, and each & every time I pick up my orders, my clothes come back looking beauitful and without any chemical smell. I love their recycled wood hangers and that their standard turnaround time is just 1 day! I recommend Mulberrys to everyone :)

Mulberrys rocks! Pickup and delivery convenience (which can be ordered via a very easy to use app), environmentally friendly service, clothes come back on nice wood hangers, beautifully pressed and always looking and smelling clean. If theres anything else that makes a garment care provider great, I cant think what it would be! Other than perhaps the fact that if you visit the store, they have free coffee and sell nice refreshments. Cant beat it!

Stopped by the Mulberrys Garment Care in Eagan and I just LOVED it. The staff were so friendly and nice. Dan, Karlene, and Tim are rockstars. The store was just beautiful and smelled amazing. I came in to have one item dry cleaned and another altered; they were so patient and accurate with all of the measurements. I would recommend this toxin-free garment care company to all of my friends and family. They are simply wonderful :)

Its all in the details when it comes to Mulberrys Garment Care. Ive sent everything to Mulberrys from basic dry cleaning and alterations to new soles put on my favorite pair of stilettos! The icing on the cake is the delightful staff and fresh flowers when you walk in the door...all topped off with deliciously scented Caldrea products!

Ive just recently used Mulberrys in St. Louis Park for the first time. Im absolutely blown away! The staff, the space, as well as the service is fabulous. No comparison to any cleaners I have experienced! Even the hangers are superior to the ones in my closet! All this excellence is surprisingly cost effective. Im a customer for life!

I was so pleased at how good it smelled when walking in the door. Thy had tea and a decor that made me feel instantly at home. The service is excellent and they let you know when to pick up your order. Well connected with social media and definitely eco friendly. I am happy to have found them.

Excellent customer service! Not to mention the really nice wooden hangers they give back with your super clean shirts/suits. Also love that they pick up and deliver at no extra cost. But the best reason to use Mulberrys is that they are a non-toxic dry cleaning service!
