I stopped by to have 2 suits drycleaned, but forgot the $3.00 coupon that you can print online for first time customers. I asked if I could bring it in later or if they would give me the discount anyway (since anyone can print it online) and the manager (or whoever she was) went into a mini-tirade about how it just wasnt possible, how she had so much paperwork to do, etc. and how I they have a sign that clearly states the coupon needs to be presented prior to service. While th $3.00 isnt that big of a deal, there is no way Im going to do business with someone that is that rude over a simple question (plus, since I am new to the area and I was looking for a reliable drycleaner, she lost more than $3.00 in business). If she would have even been nice in saying "No", I would have stayed, but since she was so rude about it I took my suits to Midtown cleaners. It simple and basic customer serivce...be nice to the customer and help them solve the problem!

Would never return to this cleaner ever again. HORRIBLE customer services. Called to see if my items were done because I was leaving town early and the lady on the phone was downright RUDE and SNOTTY. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service was good despite other bad reviews. I dropped my suit off at 11. Same day service requires drop off by 10 but they still had it done by 4pm same day! Will definitely be coming back here.

If you tell a customer something will be done a certain day and time, customers expect it to be done then, not several days later! Not impressed! Will not be going back!
