Is there any lower rate than one? this place do not even deserve one star. Rude and careless on taking orders. I did read the review before going there. I kept in mind, each person may experience differently both negatively and postively. Here I learned my lesson. This place has horrible service. The lady who took my order on 10/20/11 at 5 pm was more caring something behind the wall than my clothes that I brought with. I could not use my coupon 25% off on dry clean on other than my suit because she did not see my other 2 bags. Instead off applogizing, she said, "if I deleate this order, the coupon cannot be used again" and then she said, "you brought only loundry clothes". I replied, "there are 2 sweaters that are dry clean". She walked to sit behind the wall, and siad "you can talk to the manager when you pick them up". Okay, I will not be their customer again. Idont know about you. Not going back, no stress for me.

Dropped a newer $60 shirt off for cleaning (had been cleaned elsewhere twice previously) and when the shirt was returned to me fiber had been pulled from it rendering it ruined. When I brought this up to the management staff I was offered a whopping $10 in store credit. Besides that, when simple stains are pointed out to staff Ill get the shirt back with the stain still in it. Because of all the above reasons I"ll be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

The new morning manager is great! She greets you with a smile and glad to take care of your same day service requests. The previous morning manager was alway put out by anything she had to do. I used to hate asking for same day service because she always had a grumble for a response and made you feel like you were really causing her a lot of extra work. Hope she found something to put a smile on her face.

As a business traveler I often utilize the same day service option. For the last year when this service request is made, the morning staff seem as if its "truly a bother" for them to receive the clothes and prep them before the morning driver arrives. (Dropped off between 7:45 - 8:00 am) Finally decided Ive had enough and will find another cleaner.

One of the best cleaners out there! Always on time, done right and they really have it together. They do a ton of fan engagement on their social media channels and offer things like Coats for Kids program which we love. They give back to the community and are involved. TOP PICK IMO!

They did a great job cleaning and pressing the shirts I dropped off - however the customer service at the Eagan store was bad enough that I wont be returning . They acted very annoyed about the same day service. If you dont want to do that - dont offer it to your customers!

Best dry cleaning place EVER. Amazing service. They catch my mistakes (like I lost a button) and always notifies me with a note on the garmet or a phone call. They are extra careful and caring of my garmets. Loyal customer forever.

no tailor on site - send things out for alterations - how does that work, because dont you have to be measured by the tailor for them to know how to alter it????
