Ive visited this store five times now. The first time to drop of shirts to be laundered and pressed. The second and third times were unsuccessful attempts to collect my shirts as they had been temporarily lost. The third visit was quite comical, I thought I was in a Seinfeld episode. I received a call saying the shirts were found and were waiting for me at the store. When I arrived at the store the third time (without my ticket since they kept it while they looked for the shirts) the nice little old lady just kept telling me "Im sorry dear but I didnt do any shirts for that name." I had to suggest to her that perhaps I could leave my name and number and someone else might call me back. Ultimately my shirts were found (after I called their other location in Buffalo and talked to someone that remembered my name and my shirts). Thats fine, they apologized and offered to deliver them to me when they found them. I declined the delivery since it was on my way home and accepted the apology as genuine. I would give them another try. I got home to find the worst ironing job Ive ever seen. Wrinkles were pressed in all over the place. The shirts werent wearable. My fifth and final visit was to return to show them the shirts. He said he could fix it but I told him after all of this I would rather just have my money back. No apology, not admitting that the quality was low, just an attitude of being bothered and a shallow offer of fixing them. He gave me the money and I wont be back. *Edited I received a call from Mr. Phillips asking me to take this review down. He was sincere in his apology but irritated that I posted the review. He informed me his body language was directed towards his staff (that he was disappointed in the quality they let out the door), not towards me. He let me know that normally he would have been there but he had to go out of town. The review remains an accurate representation of what occurred, but in the interest of fairness Ive changed the rating as I appreciate the effort to remedy the situation.

BAD business practices! For a professional service, you would expect the employees to know their job and be able to provide good customer service! Not a chance here! They are supposed to be home of the $50 tux rental... Yeah for the pants and jacket. The shirt, tie, vest and shoes are all extra. On top of that, they dont measure correctly. My sons first prom and he had to go with pants that were to small and wrong size and mis-matched shoes! Now when I called the first time, I was told to find someone to come do an exchange since I was busy trying to get my son ready for prom, and it being an hour+ round trip, I didnt have time to go myself!! When I found someone who could go for me, I called back to let him know someone was on their way, and John, the employee, says, "well they can come up here, but nobody will be here. We will be closed!" now you would think, with such a screw up, they would want to satisfy the customer, but instead he tells me its MY responsibility to double check their work and make sure everything is correct before leaving the store! Well, expecting the professionals to be prepared and capable of doing their jobs... At a glance, everything looked ok. My bad for not looking at every single detail of the order before departing, but the customer should be able to trust the professionals to be able to do their jobs correctly! In my opinion... Run far and fast!!! Good luck!

I rented a Tux here in October of 2011 and I have to say it was a terrible experience. I was originally enticed by the low rental price, but boy did I learn my lesson! The only thing good about my experience here was the price. The tux itself, was acceptable. However, the service was absolutely horrific! I rented said tux for the weekend for a formal event and I returned it on Monday, as I agreed to do when I checked out. I returned the tux to the same man that I rented it from and I thought everything was fine. However, one week after returning it, I got a call from the same man telling me that I had not returned it and that he was going to "report it as stolen to the police." I still have the voicemail. So, I returned the call in great dismay and after a short talk he said he found it... And I thought everything was settled. BUT NO. Exactly a week later, I got a very similar call from the same man threatening the exact same thing. This time I drove up there and he checked in the back and found the tux that I returned on the very day it was due... And to add insult to injury, the man was not polite about the situation and did not apologize for wrongfully accusing me of theft. To say the least, this was a terrible experience for me. Incompetence is at a high here. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone and I would never set foot in there again.

Bad customer service, they do not take their job of checking the tag sizes compared to your measurements seriously and instead they rely on you trying it on before your event. Rented the same tux for two different weekends , the first time i tried them on before hand and it was a perfect fit, the second time they didnt have it ready because they never wrote down that we wanted it for two weekends. They gave us a generic size of the right style and did not check our documented measurements. This time around I didnt have time to try it on before and found out that they where 3 sizes to small when i was an hour away from Springfield. I assumed it was the same tux and how hard is it to look at my measurements, its the most important part of there service and they failed at. They refused the return the second rental taking no responsibility for their part or it. I well never suggest this place to any one and if some one asks where to rent a tux i well warn them about this place and their inability to take there business seriously. The people that run it take your business as serious as a McDonalds order. Dont let your special day be ruined by them.

After having to take the tux back to be fitted sleave was not even hemed we drove an hour back in to take the tux to be fixed. Picked it back up thinking they would have checked and double checked it to be correct since it wasnt right the first time got to the event over an hour away...the shoes were not put back in the bag our son had to wear old tennis shoes or miss the event. When we called the business and asked for them to make good or give ideas on what to do about the shoes...no return call when we called the next day the manager was bilegerant and said he would be nice and not charge us for the shoes...becareful sounds like they make their money by renting to you and then accusing you of taking things. Very poor customer service. They also advertise 50 tux the shoes are an additional 10 and somehow I paid 65.50...no one will explain the charges....go elsewhere..
