Has anone else had clothes shrink from Elite Cleaners services? I had one jacket shrink, but I had not worn it in a while and thought I just gained a bit of weight. Then I wore another jacket one day, had it cleaned the next, and it had clearly shrunk significantly. I dont know how this process can lead to shrinking (I thought that was a main point of dry cleaning!), but it clearly happened. I dont know if it is the cleaners fault or the particular fabric - but I have never had this happen before.

Ive never used the services at Elite Cleaners, but when I called in to ask a few questions regarding my military uniform, the two women I spoke to on the phone were both catty and unpleasant and left me confused. My first question, regarding a non-creasing roll press for my sleeves, was answered twice, in contradiction and with attitude. I dont know anything about their actual services, but their customer service etiquette over the phone is absolutely terrible.

I have been to many cleaners over the years and have had bad luck. Until I went into Elite. They have a very large and easy to get to location. The staff if very knowledgable and friendly. I completely trust them with my finest clothes. They always come back looking just like new! Spot free and pressed to perfection. They have even gotten out stains others couldnt. I will not go anywhere else...ever!

Beware of these cons! I should have taken my $130.00 to Vegas. Instead I gambled it at Elite Cleaners who did absolutely nothing to our couch cushions, returning them in the exact same condition as when we brought them in. We then put one cushion in our wash and it came out totally clean. Duh! The owner refused to return my calls.Were out $130.00 that we could ill afford. Dry Conners!

You DO NOT want to use this cleaner! I took 3 woolen winter coats there, was charged an extra fee because there was a small amount of dog hair on 2 of them. Not only did the coats come back with dog hair still on them, they were coated in fuzz that was not there when we took them in. In addition, the woman who runs the counter is snotty and rude.

Was told the price was $3.50 for a shirt and when I received my ticket it changed to $4.50. Also when I received my clothes there was dog hair all over my pants and human hair. The employee said they keep the pants low to the ground so thats why it so much hair on it. Lets just say I wont be returning to this business.

Changed owners about 6 months ago. Much cleaner and owners are very nice. Got latex paint out of my cashmere sweater. Had been told by another cleaners it could not be done. My clothes from previous owner, smelled like cigarettes from smoking emoloyees, yuck! Much improved:) Nice to have close by.
