We have been using this Mulberrys location for the last 2 years... initially I was happy with my experience and very accommodating since it was new. That being said - since it has been 2 years I dont feel like their operational efficiency has improved. Clothing is sent out to their factory to be cleaned. The factory operates 7 days a week... but they do not offer same day service without a $9.99 fee or next day without a $4.99 fee. If I take clothes in on a Monday afternoon the pick-up is Thursday after 5. This morning 9/13/2013 I went to the store at 10:10 to drop off some clothing. The store opens at 7. There was no note on the door and it clearly had not been opened earlier since the refrigerator was still covered. I called the Minneapolis store and they said there was no one to work at it but someone would be there in 1-2 hours. Often times I need to pick up dry cleaning in the morning before my husband leaves for the airport. I can no longer trust this dry cleaner. Today I stopped by Edina Cleaners on France and 44th - if your clothes are in by 8 they will be ready by 4... the same day without a $9.99 fee. Looks like Mulberrys lost another customer. Wish they would have improved their operations because we would have stayed as I do find it convenient that the store is open 7 days a week and open later than most during the weeknights.

This was the third time I have had errors with my order. I requested a flat press for flat front pants, and center line press with pants with pleats or cuffs. I have also received shirts that had to be ironed again as it seemed as there were tiny creases in the material where they would drape the shirt over something prior to pressing. Well, this led to me re-irioning over 20 shirts, with no credit towards the purchase and this brought to the attention of the clerk and I am waiting to see what they will do. I just picked up my recent order and again, it was screwed up. WHAT DOES IT TAKE for them to get it right. I know its my fault for going back but after being reassured that it would be corrected, it wasnt, and tomorrow I will call the PR department if they have one, or the owner, and request a full refund of the shirts and the pants just picked up. They are good when it comes to a simple middle press on pants with cuffs or pleats but other than that, I am not sure I will go there again as, the rest of their services are horribly lacking.

I also would give this cleaners a -5 if there was such a rating. I left a letter jacket to be cleaner. An outside company needed to clean it. I returned 3 times to retrieve it. each time it was several days after I was told it would be in. No jacket. I asked to be called when they got it. No call. I left messages for the manager to call, for the store to call-nothing. I finally got ahold of a man in their transport dept. He looked into it. The company doing the actual work had told Mulberrys it needed approval to do a more expensive job $105 rather than $65). Mulberrys never relayed that info to me. I asked them to return the jacket to their St. Louis Pk. location, and call me when it got there. No call. No apology of any kind. No offer to cover part of the expense. I obviously will not return. I am not sure how they stay in business. At this point, I doubt there even is a manager. Judy Hurd

The dry cleaning was done in quite a satisfactory way. They give you nice hangars for the suits. The time line for cleaning was not superfast but was adequate. However, despite an initial discount as a first time customer, I still received a rather large bill for 4 suits due to their "depilling" of the suits. The depilling may or may not have been necessary - However, since they did not tell me they would do this and they went ahead and charged me for this - without telling me in advance (!), I cannot really recommend this service to anyone else. I can hardly recall this ever happening at another dry cleaners - being charged for a service that I did not ask for and that was not stated to me when I dropped the clothes off. This does seem to me to be ethical.

They were super nice up front. I told them I had never dry-cleaned anything before. Long story short, they "lost" the pants to my $1000 Jack Victor suit. The fabric cannot be re-cut to match the coat. Mulberrys assured me for months that they would have no problem finding the pants. They lied to my face. Their staff has no clue what goes once the clothes leave the store. Their customer service rep was a nightmare to deal with.I had never seen me the terms of service (who reads the back of their receipt) and I was told by the staff that they would pay me for them if they were lost. The customer service rep offered to give me $30 in store credit. After complaining enough I got a reasonable price for the pants, but I can never wear the suit again... Avoid this place.

Of all the drycleaning services in the twin cities, Mulberrys stands out. You get a coupon on your first order (I believe its 50% off - coupon is on their website). They put your clothes on wooden hangers that dont have to be returned, but they do suggest that you pack them with your next order to reuse. The prices are VERY competitive with other big names in the twin cities, and the best part is that they use non-toxic cleaning chemicals. I couldnt be happier. After 2 years of searching for a reliable, reasonable dry cleaner, I am thrilled with Mulberrys!

Love dropping off my stuff at Mulberrys! Had been looking for an affordable cleaner and finally struck gold. Love that they have my stuff ready fast, are eco friendly (from the chemicals, to the hangers to to collar stays), and very affordable. Plus you cant complain with a free sucker every time haha. I dont personally use to free drop off or pick-up, but can see how that would be very nice.

They lost my garment! A dress I had dry cleaned in mid December so I could wear it for New Years Eve. They called me twice to tell me it "wasnt ready yet" but neglected to tell me it was completely missing! Ive since called numerous times to see if they have found it and have had a hard time even getting my phone calls returned. Tonight is New Years Eve... still no dress!

Mulberrys is my new go to dry cleaner! Their prices are great. I had a formal dress and a regular dress cleaned for only $27 total! The staff is excellent and the Eagan Lunds and Byerlys location is clean, beautiful and convenient. I love that they are toxin free and that your garments come home on wood hangers instead of the wire ones that other dry cleaners have.
