The owners of Village really know their stuff. I love that I can ask them ahead of time if they can get a stain out. They look at it, they ask what it is, how long its been there, if Ive done anything to try to get it out. They explain that all of this influences the chances of the stain coming out. The look at the material. They look at the fibers of the material to determine the "age/wear" on the material. And only then assess the possibility of the stain being removed! Thats expertise and knowledge that the normal dry cleaner would have no clue about. Ive been having my clothes cleaned here for more than 20 years. These guys are EXPERTS when it comes to caring for clothes.

I was out of town, staying at a very nice hotel and sent a pair of white pants to the hotel cleaners after having a new black cotton top bleed into the white pants after a facial cosmetic product opened in my suitcase. The cleaners were not able to get it out. Once home, I brought the pants to Villiage Cleaners and they were able to get it out immediately! What a difference in the quality of care given at Villiage. They truely are experts in what they do and I will continue to use their service! I also love the fact that Villiage Cleaners uses GREEN products! Lynn, the owner is an exceptional business owner and I appreciate her expertise. Thank you Villiage Cleaners!

I had a great experience from Village Cleaners. I had a suite that needed to be cleaned, and they treated it very gently, cleaned it very well, and it was pressed very professionally. I had several business meetings that day, and Village Cleaners helped me to look my best. I have recommended Village Cleaners to many other professionals, and all of them have thanked me for the reference. I saw they recently upgraded their facility with a dry cleaning machine that is very environmentally friendly. Thank you.

Wet or Dry Cleaning, village cleaners knows their stuff! Lynn has taken great care of my sport coats, suits, and long winter coat. As owner of the Commercial Steam Team I also respect her knowledge of stain and soil removal. Everything I have brought them to clean has come out crisp, clean, and fresh every time. Every experience has been positive! They even wet clean dog beds. Most cleaners dont have the capability of cleaning dog beds but Lynn does. Great Job, and thanks for everything over the years Lynn!

I appreciate how my clothes are returned after being cleaned from Village Cleaners. My clothes are always returned in great condition, nicely pressed and hung on a logoed hanger. The service value most, is that my belts are always pinned to the hanger (if the belts were lost, the outfit would be negatively affected). My clothes are also delivered, which is great and makes my life easier. Thank you for the great service.

My blanket was returned to me ruined after taking 1 month to get it returned. I called several times, and my calls were not returned until finally I got a hold of someone who informed me that my blanket was ruined. They did NOT offer to replace my blanket, but actually just told me to buy a new one myself. Very unprofessional, and I will never return. My friend has also had a shirt that was ruined by them.

I looked past inconsistent quality for some time, but will not return to this store after they not only lost an item of my clothing, but failed to properly address the problem for over a month. When I finally got the owner, Lynn, to discuss a resolution to the problem, she offered me a gift card to her store, but refused to refund the amount that I prepaid for the cleaning services for the lost item.

Village Cleaners sets the bar extremely high in service and quality. They have been my cleaner of choice for over 3 years now and I would have a difficult time taking my clothes to anyone else. My shirts are always done right the first time and they even look good at the end of the day. If you want to look your best take your clothes to the best.

Village Cleaners has been doing my business shirts every week for about 3 years now. I wouldnt keep going back if they didnt do such a great job. I live in Lakeville. I even sent my daughter to Village Cleaners to have her wedding dress cleaned and packed for safe storage. Great service and friendly employees. Ceck it out you wont be disapointed!!!

Ive taken a few difficult to clean items to Village Cleaners, and they are always returned looking great. From wool area rugs, to leather coats, to faux fur blankets, Village Cleaners has always done a great job on my items. Great job Village Cleaners! Also, I really love the delivery service!

They take the extra step to make sure the clothes you bring are handled properly. They were able to get a stain out of one of my shirts I thought would never come out. The clothes come back extremely clean and pressed to perfection.

Lost my tie, shirt still had dirt on the collar,and wasnt starched as requested. If you need to dry clean coats and sport jackets,this is an amazing place. But for full suits,shirts,ties and other accessories...go elsewhere.
