Took my dry cleaning here for just under a year and it always came back clean and on time. However, the customer service at this location is poor. I asked 4 separate times with 4 different employees to change my shirts from being boxed to hung and every time I picked them up, they would still be boxed. If they couldnt get the details right, I wasnt willing to continue coming here and found a different cleaner.

I have been going to this Pilgrim location for the past four years. They are friendly and remember my name when I walk in the door. They do a great job with my clothing and have never lost or misplaced any of my items. I have recommended this place to my friends and family and will continue to do so. They also offer onsite tailoring which is a great option to have. You wont be disappointed with this dry cleaner.
