I have been searching for a good dry-cleaners for a long time - no longer! I had an amazing one in Tampa FL but up here no luck. First off, both my drop off and pick up experiences were incredible! Ashley and Dani were amazing and incredibly professional, helpful, and personable! I noticed the little details like how they were both in nice uniform and they both were out the door greeting me BEFORE I entered, thats a big deal! Ashley did an amazing job explaining to me how they work and all of their features. Their 24 hour pick up is awesome! You use your card on file and it gives you your clothes like a red box movie rental! I dropped off a really large order because I am traveling for the next 7 days and I knew that with that big of an order and 1 tailoring job needed it would be at least a week or two (says my experience other places). Nope! If you drop off before 9am its same-day! I got the email as soon as my order was complete and so I just picked it up before I left for travel! With so many options and competitors I will continue to go to the place that has the service! Price was really great too! They had a First-Time Client discount coupon I saw when I went to pick up. I asked if I could get that and Dani noticed that I had already pre-paid when I dropped them off. Ashley however knowing I was knew ALREADY applied the discount for me just because of the gesture! Save yourself from visiting other places, I will not frequent anywhere else anymore now and I will refer all my acquaintances to here - I already did 1 today! Thank you Dani and Ashley for the great experience! The place is also incredibly clean which is a plus!

Nice but unprofessional. I was there yesterday with my fiancé and we both gave Suzette, the manager, our names since we didnt know the system and my fiancé had dropped the clothing off but I had signed up for an account originally. We didnt come up in the system so we wrote down both of our full names and phone numbers. She gave us her card and said she would get to the bottom of this and told us our dry cleaning was on her this time. She was super nice. Today I called Suzette and told her my name again and I came right up in the system. So no big deal, right? Shouldve been. Well then I got there and as I was walking in I saw Suzette at the register. It was raining so I put my head down for a second and when I looked up again she was nowhere to be seen. So I walked in and was rung up by someone else. I shouldve told the other person ringing me up about the situation but at that point I didnt even really care. I just wanted out of there. I like to think the best of people and that maybe she just so happened to have something to do in the back, but it just seemed fishy. Needless to say we paid in full this time but wont be back again. Update: one pair of my pants has what looks to be grease or detergent stains on it so either they didnt dry clean it or didnt do a good job. Another pair of my pants had the button all but yanked off of it, probably will fall off by the end of the day today. Im scared to even look at the third pair they "dry cleaned."

Horrible service. My mother came in here with clothes and had dropped them off. When she came to pick up the clothes, the lady that was working there asked for her name, and apparently she could not find my mom in the system. Then the lady began to YELL at my mother and screaming at her telling her that she could not find her in the system and that my mother did not have clothes there. Can you believe this! My mother then saw her clothes hanging on the hanger behind the lady. The problem was that the lady working there had mistakenly put my moms first and last name in the wrong place, so ultimately it was HER fault yet she was yelling at the customer! DO NOT bring your clothes here. They are careless, rude, and do not care about their customers. Never again will I enter this store.

Im highly upset with my dry cleaning experience. The service was decent but the quality of my close was unsatisfactory. I brought my Levis in to get cleaned and now I cant even fit into them. $80 pair of jeans ruined!! Ive gotten these jeans cleaned multiple times and never have they got damaged or shrunk. I most likely will never come back to this place again.

Just had 11 shirts and four suits cleaned. Great cleaning, but also great level of convenience and service. If you are in their system, you get an e-mail when your order is done, usually the same day. They are members of the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce and are a great asset to Apple Valley.

They saved my daughters Lettermans jacket! She absolutely "teenaged" it and the Apple Valley Tide Dry Cleaners brought it back to life. Been using them since they opened, everyone should!
