Called to ask for pricing. I asked how much it costs to launder a dress shirt... The guy responds, "Youre calling on a Saturday morning for that?" My parents have been in the dry cleaning business for 20 years, and I grew up with the business. I worked in the plant since I was a little kid. We emphasized nothing more that treating our customers with love and respect. My dad wakes up at 5:00am every morning, even on Saturdays, to open up and run the shop. I moved up here from Florida for work, and boy people here just suck. This recent encounter really confirmed that. To go from a place where your customers are your family, to an idiot who gives me a response like this just hurts.

I called to enquire about their turn around time and was disappointed to be treated poorly because I didnt know they could turn things around in 24 hours. Also, when I enquired about costs, the man laughed, said he knew that was coming. He quoted shirts and trousers. As I began to ask about suit coats, and additional laundry services, he hung up. Obviously not too interested in getting my business, Ill take it elsewhere, to someone who wants it.

Great service!! I once had them clean a bunch of shirts and one of the shirts ended up with a stain from their cleaning process. They provided full retail value of the shirt! Fantastic customer service

Small, seemingly family-run cleaner.The people are nice and the prices are comparable to other cleaners in the area. The only negative component of this place is their hours are not the greatest.

I called to ask a question and the guy who answered was completely rude and unhelpful. He told me he was "technically on vacation until tomorrow"... then dont pick up the business phone!

Great place! I had to get my cleaning back early the next morning and they had no problems making that happen. Ill be bringing all of my cleaning back.
