I hope they open more of these around the Twin Cities. As I understand it, they are a Chicago concept that has recently expanded here. Very, very professional staff that communicates very clearly and is very responsive. When I picked up, the man working the counter offered to carry it out to my car, too. Very clear pricing. And the environment is open, clean and inviting. You can see exactly what the staff is doing at all times. Im hoping they open more locations soon (North Loop or Minnetonka, please!).

I got a suit dry cleaned and a heavy denim blanket washed, both were cleaned well. The pricing is straight forward, and I got an email notice as soon as my items were ready for pick up. The man working with me carried my items to my car, which was a pleasant surprise, and I wasnt even aware that my husbands suit had money in the pockets; they returned it to me, that really shows their honesty and standard of service. I will be using them again for my future dry cleaning and laundry needs.

Run away or you will regret it. Two months ago, I turned in 39 pieces of clothing for dry cleaning. They lost three of them and I informed them of my missing items right away. The empoleyee calked me manager Amjad so he said I have here only what you droped off for us before he asked me any question. After I showed him proof of my paid receipt, he said I will call you if I find it , and I am still waiting for him to give me back my cloths. He doesnt know custoner service and he so rude.

Everyone was so friendly and the owner explained how his business worked really well. I also liked the complimentary coffee and that all the pieces cost the same price! Usually Im hesitant to get certain pieces dry cleaned because of all the price variability, but CD One Price Cleaners takes that hesitation out of the equation!

If you are looking for quality work, done in a timely matter and a bang for your buck, this is the place to go! The service is quick and efficient. They offer great deals on large items like comforters. I took my white comforter here and they not only cleaned it perfectly but ironed all of the small details. Excellent job!

Heard them on WCCO - thought if Jon Williams loves them so much, why not try. I forget why its a PAID endorsement. They dont really clean the clothing seems like a good deal, but upon further inspection and actual use, you pay less and get less. I would not use under any price. not really a dry cleaner in my opinion.

The price is good, but I got my cloth back with stain on it (which I am sure it is not difficult to remove), and there is still wrinkles near the knee and elbow area. I have to say the crew are very friendly. So I am giving it a two start.
