My experience with the tailor in the spring of 2013 at this location was awful. I brought my prom dress in and tried it on with my shoes and stated I wanted a few inches taken off the bottom, sew a lose jewel back on, and lengthen the strap on the dress. The turn around time was fine, but when I tried on the dress it was very clear it was not done with care. I asked for two inches off the bottom and specifically said I did not want to be able to see my shoes, and when I tried it on there was much more length taken off than excepted to the point where I could see my shoes, and it was cut diagonally. The jewel looked like it had not been touched at all, but he still was charging me for it. After expressing my complaints he agreed to fix the jewel and make the cut on the bottom of the dress even. After coming back again everything had been fixed that we discussed, but while it was out being tailored the zipper got tattered. I would not recommend bringing anything to this tailor to anyone if they really care about what is being sent out.

I brought some "dry clean only" cushion covers in only to be told, a month later, that they refused to do them for fear of shrinking them???? It did take me awhile to get back there to pick them up but in that time they never even bothered to call to let me know they werent going to do them. What kind of dry cleaners wont dry clean something that says "dry clean only"? Wont be going back there.
